Você vai atuar na prevenção de perdas e segurança da operação, analisando dados, indicadores e ocorrências para identificar desvios, quebras operacionais e oportunidades de melhoria. Não é só o próximo emprego: é uma carreira.🏆 Somos certificados GPTW!Responsabilidades e atribuições Analisar dados de diferentes plataformas e sistemas logísticos, acompanhando indicadores de Prevenção de Perdas e Security;

Acompanhar e analisar ocorrências, quebras operacionais, desvios de mercadorias e processos de logística reversa;

Elaborar e apresentar indicadores, relatórios e dashboards para acompanhamento dos resultados da operação;

Apoiar a identificação de causas e análise de ocorrências, utilizando metodologias e ferramentas disponibilizadas pela empresa;

Acompanhar e apresentar a performance da área de Prevenção de Perdas em reuniões e fóruns operacionais;

Monitorar as quebras operacionais e apoiar o direcionamento das ações junto ao time de Loss Prevention;

Participar de reuniões com as áreas de Operação e Inventário, acompanhando os resultados e as ocorrências do Centro de Distribuição;

Fiscalizar o cumprimento das instruções de trabalho que tenham impacto nos processos de prevenção de perdas;

Interagir com as áreas de QSHE, Security, Operação, Inventário e demais áreas da empresa, apoiando as tratativas necessárias;

Apoiar ações de treinamento e capacitação relacionadas aos programas internos da Kuehne+Nagel.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios

Ensino superior completo ou cursando, preferencialmente em Administração, Logística, Segurança ou áreas relacionadas;

Experiência com Prevenção de Perdas, Security ou atividades relacionadas;

Experiência ou conhecimento em operações logísticas;

Conhecimento em análise de dados e indicadores;

Excel avançado;

Boa comunicação, organização e capacidade analítica;

Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e interação com diferentes áreas.
