A Vibra está em busca de um(a) profissional para atuar como Analista de Pricing Pl, sendo referência na gestão da política de preços, assegurando competitividade e rentabilidade do negócio por meio de análises de margens, performance e mercado, além de apoiar a tomada de decisão e promover o alinhamento entre áreas internas, distribuidores autorizados e time comercial, com foco em resultados e consistência estratégica.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão da política de preços dos canais de revenda e B2B no mercado de Lubrificantes;Elaboração e análise da tabela de preços para Distribuidores Autorizados LUBRAX;Análise das margens dos lubrificantes comercializados pela Vibra;Apuração do resultado dos Distribuidores Autorizados - Análise de rentabilidade do negócio de Lubrificantes;Acompanhamento e análise das vendas do negócio de lubrificantes;Monitoramento do market-share de lubrificantes;Apuração de campanhas para os Distribuidores Autorizados, através do Sell in e Sell out;Projeção mensal das margens para os Distribuidores Autorizados;Interface do projeto de precificação para os Distribuidores Autorizados;Interface entre a área de custos e pricing;Suporte ao time comercial na tomada de decisão;Interface direta com os Distribuidores Autorizados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Engenharia, Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas;Bom relacionamento com o time comercial LUBRAX e com os Distribuidores Autorizados;Habilidade de negociação e influência;Agilidade e assertividade na tomada de decisão;Capacidade de direcionar e apoiar o time comercial com base em dados;Perfil analítico, proativo e orientado a resultados;Comunicação clara e objetiva.Informações adicionaisE tem mais, confira o nosso pacote de benefícios:• Plano de Saúde e Odontológico – Bradesco – extensivo a dependentes• PAE - Auxílio financeiro oferecido no caso de dependentes filhos(as) e/ou enteados(as) com deficiência intelectual• Convênio Farmácia .
