Su foco principal es entender el estado actual (As-Is), detectar ineficiencias o cuellos de botella, y diseñar modelos objetivos (To-Be) alineados con las expectativas del cliente y las nuevas tecnologías (IA, Automatización, Canales digitale, etc).Responsabilidades Principales1. Mapeo y Levantamiento de Procesos (As-Is)Liderar entrevistas, talleres (workshops) y sesiones de trabajo con los dueños del proceso (stakeholders) para entender la operación vigente.Identificar cuellos de botella, redundancias, actividades de bajo valor agregado y brechas operativas.Documentar y formalizar los flujos de trabajo actuales utilizando notaciones estándar.2. Rediseño y Modelado Futuro (To-Be)Diseñar arquitecturas de procesos optimizadas (To-Be) enfocadas en la eficiencia, la escalabilidad y la digitalización.Proponer la integración de herramientas digitales (RPA, plataformas web/móviles, sistemas ERP/CRM, automatización de flujos).Elaborar análisis de brechas (Gap Analysis) entre la situación actual y la futura para estimar impactos operacionales.3. Gestión de Requerimientos FuncionalesTraducir necesidades del negocio en requerimientos funcionales técnicos claros (Historias de Usuario, Casos de Uso y Criterios de Aceptación).Mantener la trazabilidad entre el modelo de proceso To-Be y el desarrollo tecnológico.Priorizar backlog funcional junto con Líderes de Proyecto, Product Owners y equipos de Arquitectura/Desarrollo.4. Acompañamiento a la Implementación y Gestión del CambioDiseñar e implementar indicadores clave de proceso (KPIs) para evaluar la efectividad post-implementación.Coordinar y ejecutar Pruebas de Aceptación de Usuario (UAT) validando que la solución responda al modelo To-Be.Elaborar documentación de soporte, manuales operativos y liderar la capacitación a usuarios finales.
