Buscamos um(a) Analista de Processos Pleno para atuar na estruturação, transição e melhoria contínua de operações de clientes BPO. Essa pessoa será responsável por compreender diferentes negócios e áreas, mapear processos de ponta a ponta e identificar oportunidades que contribuam para a padronização, produtividade, automação e crescimento escalável das operações.A posição exigirá espanhol avançado, com foco na condução e apoio à transição de projetos da região LATAM.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEntender as operações, necessidades e particularidades de diferentes clientes e áreas.Conduzir e apoiar transições de novos contratos e projetos, especialmente da região LATAM.Mapear processos de ponta a ponta, identificando etapas, interfaces, riscos, gargalos e oportunidades de melhoria.Apoiar o redesenho e a documentação de processos operacionais.Identificar oportunidades de padronização, simplificação e aumento de eficiência.Estruturar e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho operacional.Capturar e mensurar ganhos de produtividade e eficiência.Identificar oportunidades de automação e apoiar sua implementação junto às áreas envolvidas.Atuar com melhoria contínua, propondo soluções para otimizar a operação e elevar a qualidade da entrega.Apoiar a construção de uma visão estratégica das operações BPO, conectando processos, indicadores e resultados do negócio.Contribuir para o crescimento escalável da operação, garantindo maior consistência, controle e sustentabilidade dos processos.Manter comunicação próxima com clientes e áreas internas, fortalecendo o relacionamento e garantindo o alinhamento das entregas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que precisamos que você tenha de conhecimento:Experiência com mapeamento, análise e redesenho de processos.Ensino superior cursando ou completo;Vivência com transição de operações, implantação de contratos ou projetos de transformação operacional.Conhecimento em melhoria contínua, padronização e identificação de oportunidades de automação.Experiência na definição e estruturação de indicadores de desempenho.Capacidade de analisar operações de diferentes clientes e segmentos.Espanhol avançado, para comunicação e atuação em projetos LATAM.Boa comunicação, organização e habilidade de relacionamento com clientes e áreas internas.Informações adicionais🍛 Vale-alimentação ou vale-refeição;👨🏼‍🎓 Desconto em cursos, universidades e instituições de idiomas;📚 Academia Stefanini — plataforma com cursos on-line, gratuitos, atualizados e com certificado;🗣 Mentoring;💉 Clube de vantagens para consultas e exames;🏥 Assistência médica;🦷 Assistência odontológica;💰 Clube de vantagens e descontos nos melhores estabelecimentos;🛫 Clube de viagens;🐶 Convênio para pets.
