Realizar o acompanhamento e controle dos processos SMT, contribuindo para a estabilidade do processo, qualidade dos produtos e eficiência da produção por meio da análise de dados e defeitos de processo.

Participar das atividades de melhoria de processo e NPI, conforme orientação da Engenharia, apoiando a identificação e solução de problemas relacionados ao processo SMT na linha de produção.

Responsabilidades e atribuições ·        Acompanhar as condições dos processos e equipamentos SMT, conforme especificações técnicas e padrões de qualidade.

·        Identificar desvios e defeitos nos processos Printer, SPI, Mounter, Reflow e AOI, realizando a coleta das informações e dados relacionados.

·        Realizar o acompanhamento e apoiar a análise de dados de processo, como Yield, defeitos e retrabalho.

·        Apoiar a análise das causas de defeitos de processo e o acompanhamento das ações de melhoria.

·        Realizar a verificação e ajustes das condições e parâmetros de processo, conforme orientação da Engenharia, acompanhando os resultados.

·        Participar das atividades de NPI e produção piloto, acompanhando as condições do processo SMT e os resultados da produção.

·        Trabalhar em conjunto com as equipes de Produção e Manutenção na identificação e solução de problemas relacionados ao processo SMT.

·        Elaborar e manter atualizados relatórios e registros técnicos relacionados ao processo

Conhecer, praticar e difundir as diretrizes da Política Integrada de Gestão da empresa, executando as atividades conforme os procedimentos vigentes e contribuindo para os objetivos organizacionais e a eficácia do sistema de gestão

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou em fase final de conclusão em Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia Eletrônica, Engenharia de Automação, Engenharia de Computação ou áreas correlatas.

Conhecimento básico em Excel.

Desejável:

Conhecimento em processos SMT ou manufatura eletrônica.

Conhecimento básico dos processos e equipamentos Printer, SPI, Mounter, Reflow e AOI.

Inglês básico ou intermediário.

Obrigatório: Não se aplica.

Desejável: Experiência de 0 a 2 anos em Engenharia de Processos, Produção, Qualidade ou manufatura eletrônica.

Experiência em processos SMT.

Experiência em NPI ou produção piloto.
