Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão de Contratos B2B: Acompanhar o ciclo de vida dos contratos dos parceiros B2B, garantindo sua vigência e conduzindo processos de renovação antes dos prazos de expiração.Onboarding de Parceiros: Coordenar o processo de onboarding de novos parceiros, acompanhando desde as discussões contratuais até a implementação operacional.Interface e Facilitação: Atuar como ponto focal entre parceiros e áreas internas, assegurando alinhamento e cumprimento das etapas necessárias para a entrada em operação.Articulação Interna: Orquestrar o acompanhamento das atividades junto aos times de Tecnologia, Operações, Logística, Pós-Vendas, Jurídico e Financeiro.Gestão de Riscos: Monitorar cronogramas, identificar riscos e apoiar a resolução de impedimentos durante o processo de integração de parceiros.Análise e Relatórios: Elaborar e analisar relatórios gerenciais e propor melhorias para o aumento da eficiência operacional e da experiência dos clientes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesVivência em gestão de parceiros, gestão contratual ou projetos de implantação/onboarding.Ensino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Marketing, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em varejo, e-commerce, marketplace ou operações B2B.Capacidade para acompanhamento de indicadores, elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e domínio de Excel intermediário/avançado.Boa comunicação e habilidade para relacionamento com diferentes áreas internas e stakeholders.Informações adicionais 📍 Modelo de Trabalho: Presencial - SÃO PAULO / SP
