A equipe é formada por profissionais dedicados, que trabalham em sintonia para alcançar resultados e superar desafios com eficiência.Se você busca fazer parte de uma empresa sólida, inovadora e com uma cultura voltada para o crescimento profissional, esta vaga é para você!Responsabilidades e atribuições·         Desenvolver, validar e otimizar processos de fabricação, montagem e solda de componentes metálicos, assegurando a robustez dos processos no desenvolvimento de novos produtos, suporte ao APQP e atendimento aos requisitos de clientes automotivos e não automotivos.·         Análise e definição de processos de estampagem, soldagem e montagem durante o desenvolvimento de novos produtos.·         Definir necessidades de automação e manuseio de peças.·         Aderência aos cronogramas de desenvolvimento de processo alinhados ao plano APQP.·         Apoiar na especificação técnica de dispositivos de controle e ferramentas de produção.·         Realização de try-outs de ferramentas e dispositivos de controle na planta produtiva para definição de parâmetros de processo.·         Reportar custo por peça (consumo matéria-prima, tempo ciclo, perdas, setup, refugo).·         Desenvolvimento e validação de fluxos logísticos internos (layout, movimentação, armazenagem).·         Aplicação de conceitos de Lean Manufacturing, Poka Yoke, SMED e ergonomia nos projetos.·         Calcular tempos padrões (MTM, crono análise, simulação).·         Liderança técnica nos workshops de DFMEA/PFMEA e planos de ação de melhorias com as equipes multidisciplinares.·         Elaboração de documentação de processo (PFMEA, CP, Flow Chart, Instrução de Trabalho, Instrução de Exames e etc.).·         Realizar o controle de revisão de documentos técnicos e garantir rastreabilidade.·         Participação ativa nas revisões de projeto de produto e ferramental, garantindo a capacidade produtiva.·         Garantir atendimento ao plano de controle de capacidade produtiva (Run at Rate, CPK, PPK).·         Interação com as áreas de Engenharia de Produto, Qualidade, Produção e Fornecedores para garantir robustez no start-up de processos e período de lançamento seguro (S90).·         Realizar benchmarking de soluções técnicas mais econômicas.·           Participação nas auditorias de processo internas e junto a clientes.

        Requisitos e qualificações Mínimo 13 anos de experiência em engenharia de processos no segmento automotivo. Sólida vivência em:

Estampagem de metais (aço carbono, inox, AHSS como DP780/DP980) Soldagem (ponto, projeção, MIG/MAG) Montagem de subconjuntos Experiência comprovada em try-out de ferramentais (T0 a T3 / Buy-off). Domínio na resolução de problemas de processo (trinca, retorno elástico, rugas, deformações). Condução de: Run at Rate Validação de capacidade (CPK / PPK ≥ 1,67 ou conforme cliente) Interface direta com: Produção (ramp-up) Qualidade (validação dimensional e funcional) Metrologia (CMM, dispositivos) Experiência em start-up de novos processos ou linhas produtivas. Aplicação prática de: Lean Manufacturing SMED Poka-Yoke
