E em 2023, iniciamos a operação América do Sul, com nossa primeira sede no Brasil.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades:• Gerenciar a criação, acompanhamento e finalização de pedidos produtivos nos sistemas de Compras.• Assegurar a correta atualização de preços de peças importadas conforme listas fornecidas por Finanças.• Controlar e executar alterações de preço logístico em pedidos produtivos, em alinhamento com a área de Logística.• Coordenar o processo de criação e follow-up de pedidos de ferramental, garantindo conformidade documental e financeira.• Realizar modificações em pedidos de ferramental, considerando critérios de adiantamento e aprovação.• Atuar como interface entre Compras, Logística, Financeiro, Projetos e Fornecedores para garantir fluidez nos processos de pedidos.• Apoiar o processo de validação e liberação de pedidos junto às áreas envolvidas, incluindo Tributário e Tesouraria.• Garantir a rastreabilidade e integridade das informações nos sistemas de Compras.• Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de pedidos produtivos e ferramental, propondo ajustes e padronizações.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Administração, Comércio Exterior, Direito, Economia, Engenharia ou Supply Chain Management; diferencial Pós-graduação/MBA em Negociação e Compras Estratégicas, Gestão de Estratégicas e Econômica de Negócios, Gestão de Fornecedores, Gestão Empresarial, Gestão de Projetos, Negociação Internacional, Sustentabilidade ou correlatos;Mínimo de 02 anos de experiência no segmento automotivo, com exposição a desenvolvimento ou industrialização de novos produtos;Inglês avançado (mandatório);Dominio do pacote Office (Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Word e SAP;Conhecimento do mercado de veículos comerciais, habilidades de análise e negociação, relacionamento com fornecedores, redução de custos, relacionamento com às áreas e tomada de decisão;Diferencial conhecimento no sistemas VW: AVON, TEVON, EBON e STAR.
