Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar no desenvolvimento do processo industrial de novos componentes conformados e estampados por meio da determinação da sequência de operações, utilização dos equipamentos, determinação de produtividade, custos e necessidade de automação;Garantir a realização do Projeto técnico dos ferramentais de conformação e estampagem por meio de simulação numérica do processo e do projeto;Garantir a implantação completa dos novos processos desenvolvidos procurando cumprir as estimativas iniciais de custos, prazos e produtividade;Garantir que os novos processos implantados respeitem as normas de Segurança do Trabalho e estejam conforme a sistemática da Garantia da Qualidade;Orientar o setor de Engenharia Industrial na manutenção de processos produtivos atuais por meio de recomendações de processo, equipamento, materiais e automação;Requisitos e qualificaçõesEstar cursando o Superior ou Tecnólogo em Engenharia Mecânica/Produção, Metalurgia ou áreas afins;Inglês: Nível Básico;Vivência em Industrias;Experiência com com processos relacionados será um diferencial;
