Buscamos um profissional com perfil inovador, com forte ênfase em transformação de processos e eficiência operacional, habilitadas fundamentalmente por Tecnologia e Inteligência Artificial. Forte harmonia com a função de Product Owner – ou funções correlatas – em empresas com grandes carteiras de clientes, tais como Bancos, Seguradoras, Varejistas, Telecom, Utilities (Energia, Saneamento), Aviação Comercial e Educação. Alternativamente, pode haver nexo com a função de Analista de Processos, desde que tenha experiência comprovada em transformações e digitalizações de processos; e não apenas no mapeamento e controle clássicos de processos.Responsabilidades e atribuições Revisão e transformação de processos atuais, valendo-se de abordagens e práticas como Lean, Kaizen, Design Thinking, User Story Mapping, Product Discovery, MVP.Gestão de produtos digitais, sobretudo no que tange priorizações baseadas em maximização de valor para o negócio, desde redução de desperdícios internos até simplificação das jornadas dos clientes.Quantificação de ganhos obtidos em mudanças de processos;Atuação transversal, relacionando-se com diferentes unidades de negócio da empresa e navegando em processos primários e administrativos.Adoção de tecnologias e Inteligência Artificial em processos de negócio.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia, Administração, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em papéis de Product Owner (PO), Analista de Eficiência Operacional, Analista de Produtos e/ou Analista de Melhoria de Processos;Experiência com práticas ágeis e abordagens mencionadas nas Responsabilidades e Atribuições;Experiência em mapeamento e diagnóstico de jornadas dos clientes;Conhecimento em gestão de processos, para definição e acompanhamento de KPIs, lead time, handoffs, redução de atrito e ganho produtivo;Familiaridade com rotinas de negócio de alta carga transacional, tais como: gestão de leads/oportunidades, gestão de propostas, onboarding de clientes, faturamento, cobrança e relacionamento com clientes; bem como processos administrativos (ex.: suprimentos corporativos).Boa habilidade de comunicação e negociação com áreas organizacionais e consultorias parceiras;Boa habilidade para envolver e engajar colaboradores nos trabalhos e liderar / facilitar workshops;Desejável domínio de técnicas de gestão de mudanças organizacionais (conflitos de interesse, resistência à mudança, patrocínio, aspectos culturais, etc.);
