Buscamos um(a) Analista de Processos e Normas para serresponsável por mapear, documentar, otimizar e padronizar os fluxos de trabalho de uma empresa, garantindo que as operações sigam regras internas e regulamentações externas com eficiência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMapeamento de Processos: Realizar entrevistas e reuniões com as áreas envolvidas para levantar o funcionamento atual das rotinas (As-Is).Modelagem de Fluxos: Elaborar fluxogramas e diagramas de processos utilizando notações padrão (como BPMN) e ferramentas específicas (ex.: Bizagi, Visio).Gestão de Normas e Procedimentos: Redigir, atualizar e controlar a distribuição de documentos normativos, Manuais de Qualidade, Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (POPs) e instruções de trabalho.Análise de Melhoria Contínua: Identificar gargalos, desperdícios, falhas ou desvios nos processos e propor soluções de otimização ou automação.Indicadores de Desempenho (KPIs): Definir, monitorar e analisar métricas de desempenho dos processos para assegurar o nível de serviço e a eficiência operacional.Treinamentos e Alinhamento: Capacitar equipes sobre os novos fluxos e normas implementadas, promovendo a cultura de padronização e conformidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Acadêmica: Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Gestão da Qualidade ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimentos Técnicos (Hard Skills):Domínio de metodologias de melhoria contínua (Lean, Seis Sigma).Experiência com modelagem de processos (BPMN) e ferramentas de fluxograma (Bizagi, Lucidchart, Visio).Conhecimento em Gestão da Qualidade ou normas regulatórias específicas do setor (ex.: ISO 9001).Pacote Office intermediário/avançado.Informações adicionaisContrato CLT por prazo determinado de 6 meses.Modalidade presencial no Centro do Rio.
