Responsabilidades e atribuições Identificar oportunidades e desenvolver processos conectados com a estratégia da Cooperativa, promovendo soluções voltadas para o aumento da eficiência e melhoria da experiência dos usuários;Promover a conexão entre as áreas de negócios, tecnologia, estratégia, projetos, RPA e processos, atuando como facilitador para alinhamento e comunicação fluída;Atuar como referência técnica e operacional nos processos sob sua responsabilidade;Contribuir na disseminação da cultura de processos e melhoria contínua;Buscar desenvolvimento e constante atualização técnica e comportamental, alinhado à evolução do modelo de gestão.#LI-LD1

Requisitos e qualificações

Formação superior concluída e/ou em andamento em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Sistemas de Informação, Gestão de Processos ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento em metodologias de melhoria de processos (BPM, PDCA);Conhecimento das ferramentas, processos e produtos do sistema.Diferenciais:MBA/Pós-Graduação concluída e/ou em andamento em processos, inovação, engenharia de processos, tecnologia ou áreas afins;Inglês intermediário;Certificação/cursos específicos em processos, gestão da qualidade, gestão de projetos, métodos ágeis;Conhecimento em Metodologias Lean;Conhecimento em lógica de programação.#LI-LD1
