Estamos em um momento de construção e evolução da área de Processos, com forte atuação na melhoria contínua, padronização de atividades e análise de desempenho industrial. Buscamos uma pessoa curiosa, dinâmica, proativa e com senso crítico, que goste de estar próxima à operação, entender os processos na prática e transformar dados em oportunidades de melhoria. A posição possui atuação intensa no chão de fábrica, acompanhando rotinas produtivas, realizando levantamentos em campo, apoiando treinamentos e participando da implementação de projetos de melhoria junto às áreas operacionais.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar os processos produtivos em campo para identificar oportunidades de melhoria e padronização;Realizar mapeamento de processos, fluxogramas e levantamentos operacionais;Elaborar e revisar instruções de trabalho, procedimentos operacionais e documentos da área;Executar estudos de tempos e movimentos (cronoanálise), analisando produtividade e eficiência dos processos;Coletar, consolidar e analisar dados produtivos, incluindo apontamentos de produção, perdas, refugos e paradas;Atualizar e acompanhar indicadores industriais, dashboards e relatórios gerenciais;Apoiar análises de causa raiz e planos de ação relacionados a desvios operacionais;Registrar e acompanhar apontamentos de parada de produção;Apoiar treinamentos operacionais e auditorias de aderência aos padrões;Participar de iniciativas de melhoria contínua, 5S, gestão à vista e projetos conduzidos pela área;Manter informações de processos atualizadas em sistemas ERP e controles internos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior concluído em Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia de Controle e Automação, Engenharia Química ou áreas correlatas;Pelo menos 1 ano de experiência em ambiente industrial (estágio ou atuação profissional);Excel intermediário;Conhecimento em mapeamento de processos e elaboração de procedimentos operacionais;Disponibilidade para atuação frequente no chão de fábrica.Requisitos para colaboradores do Grupo Baumgart:Ensino superior cursando a partir do 5º semestre ou concluído em Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia de Controle e Automação, Engenharia Química ou áreas correlatas.Atuar em uma das empresas do Grupo Baumgart a pelo menos 6 meses, ou 6 meses desde a ultima promoção;1 ano de experiência em ambiente industrial (estágio ou atuação profissional);Excel intermediário;Conhecimento em mapeamento de processos e elaboração de procedimentos operacionais;Disponibilidade para atuação frequente no chão de fábrica.Limite para inscrições internas: 21/08/2026Informações adicionaisVocê fará parte de uma área em estruturação, com grandes oportunidades de aprendizado, desenvolvimento e protagonismo.
