Analista de Processos Industriais Pleno A Cinex está em busca de um(a) Analista de Processos Industriais Pleno para atuar na melhoria contínua e no controle dos processos produtivos da fábrica, abrangendo as áreas de corte e usinagem de alumínio, pintura de alumínio, processamento de vidros e linhas de montagem de portas, divisórias e esquadrias de alumínio e vidro. O profissional será responsável por mapear, analisar e otimizar processos industriais, identificando oportunidades de melhoria de eficiência, qualidade e produtividade, além de atuar no controle e padronização das operações fabris. Buscamos alguém com visão analítica, perfil investigativo e capacidade de propor soluções práticas para o chão de fábrica, contribuindo diretamente para os resultados de qualidade, custo e prazo da produção.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMapear, documentar e analisar os processos produtivos das áreas de corte e usinagem de alumínio, pintura, processamento de vidros e linhas de montagem;Identificar gargalos, desperdícios e oportunidades de melhoria contínua nos processos fabris, propondo e implementando soluções;Conduzir projetos de melhoria de processos utilizando metodologias como Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, PDCA e Six Sigma;Liderar a implementação do sistema MES (Manufacturing Execution System) em todo o processo produtivo, garantindo a integração das áreas de corte e usinagem, pintura, vidros e linhas de montagem, desde o levantamento de requisitos até a validação e estabilização do sistema;Monitorar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) de produção, qualidade, produtividade e refugo/perdas, elaborando relatórios e análises críticas;Realizar estudos de tempos e métodos, balanceamento de linhas e otimização de layout fabril;Padronizar processos e procedimentos operacionais (POPs), garantindo aderência às boas práticas e normas de qualidade;Investigar causas-raiz de não conformidades e desvios de processo, propondo ações corretivas e preventivas;Atuar em conjunto com as equipes de produção, qualidade, manutenção, TI e engenharia para garantir a eficiência, estabilidade e rastreabilidade dos processos;Apoiar na implementação de novos equipamentos, tecnologias ou mudanças de processo, avaliando impactos na produção;Elaborar e acompanhar planos de ação, garantindo prazos e resultados das iniciativas de melhoria contínua.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:

Ensino superior completo em Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia Industrial ou áreas correlatas; Pós-graduação em Engenharia de Processos, Lean Manufacturing, Gestão da Produção ou similar será um diferencial.

Experiência:

Experiência prévia em análise e melhoria contínua de processos industriais, preferencialmente no setor metalúrgico, de alumínio, vidro ou esquadrias; Vivência em projetos de implementação de sistemas MES (Manufacturing Execution System); Experiência na aplicação de metodologias de melhoria contínua (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, PDCA, Six Sigma).

Conhecimentos técnicos:

Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise de processos (mapeamento de fluxo de valor, estudo de tempos e métodos, balanceamento de linha); Domínio de ferramentas de qualidade (5W2H, Ishikawa, FMEA, 5 Porquês); Conhecimento em indicadores de produção (OEE, produtividade, refugo/perdas, disponibilidade); Pacote Office avançado, principalmente Excel; conhecimento em softwares de gestão industrial (ERP/MES) será um diferencial; Certificação em Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt ou superior) será um diferencial.
