A área de Pipeline & Negócios da CDV Desenvolvimento é responsável por dar visibilidade e previsibilidade ao desenvolvimento dos projetos da companhia. Buscamos uma pessoa Analista de Processos Jr. para atuar na estruturação dos processos das nossas frentes operacionais, com foco inicial e prioritário na área fundiária. Você trabalhará ao lado dos times de Governança Fundiária e de Portfólio no redesenho e formalização dos fluxos, traduzindo o que é desenhado em documentação clara, em requisitos para os sistemas que sustentam a operação e em indicadores que revelam onde os projetos travam.Esta é uma posição para quem gosta de entender como o trabalho realmente acontece no dia a dia, conversa bem com quem executa e sabe transformar a prática informal em processos escritos, replicáveis e mensuráveis.Objetivos da vagaSustentar a padronização dos fluxos de trabalho das frentes operacionais da CDV Desenvolvimento — prioritariamente as fundiárias — documentando os processos redesenhados e garantindo sua adoção, de modo a reduzir retrabalho e variabilidade de prazo.Converter conhecimento tácito em processo documentado, garantindo que o modo de desenvolver projetos da CDV Desenvolvimento seja replicável e não dependa de pessoas específicas.Dar visibilidade à gestão sobre a velocidade do pipeline, medindo lead times e evidenciando os gargalos entre as áreas.Assegurar que o processo redesenhado seja sustentado por sistema e por dados — traduzindo o fluxo em requisito para as plataformas e garantindo que a própria execução gere o registro que a torna mensurável.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSuporte ao redesenho de processos: Apoiar os times de Governança Fundiária e de Portfólio na formalização dos fluxos de trabalho e no acompanhamento dos prazos de melhoria contínua acordados.Documentação e replicabilidade: Manter Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (POPs) e matrizes de responsabilidade (RACI), garantindo que o conhecimento técnico das áreas seja explícito, transferível e auditável.Requisitos e implementação em sistema: Traduzir os fluxos redesenhados em requisitos funcionais para as áreas de tecnologia e para as plataformas de operação.Medição de performance: Monitorar os lead times de cada etapa do desenvolvimento e medir indicadores operacionais (tempo de ciclo, gargalos e trabalho em curso), consolidando os resultados em dashboards.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo em Engenharia (preferencialmente de Produção) ou Administração.Até 2 anos de experiência em processos, melhoria contínua ou análise operacional.Formação complementar em Lean, Melhoria Contínua ou Gestão de Processos (desejável, não eliminatória).Fundamentos de mapeamento de processos: fluxogramas e SIPOC;Levantamento de requisitos funcionais — capacidade de traduzir processo em especificação para sistema;Excel para análise exploratória e construção de indicadores;Desejáveis: noções de Tableau, ferramentas de automação e workflow, e consultas a bases de dados (SQL).
