Planejar e gerenciar projetos de melhoria de processos e integrar novas tecnologias para otimização dos processos. Identificar e resolver problemas que afetam a eficiência dos processos produtivos, através da gestão diária das barreiras reportadas pela operação.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesA sua energia será voltada para:Disponibilizar informações técnicas tais como roteiros de fabricação, instruções de trabalho, Tempo padrão das operações, fichas de preparação de máquinas, necessárias a fabricação dos produtos;Realizar estudos de tempos, métodos e de layout visando alcançar eficiência, produtividade, segurança, ergonomia e qualidade, assim como o melhor aproveitamento dos recursos, espaço físico e movimentação do pessoal;Desenvolver novos fornecedores, máquinas, dispositivos e tecnologia com o objetivo de otimizar os custos e os processos de produção; Elaborar projetos de dispositivos e ferramentais para os processos manuais e automáticos para novos produtos, e projetos de melhoria de processos já existentes;Elaborar e atualizar Dashboards para controle de indicadores industriaisRelatar a coordenação o andamento das atividades sob sua responsabilidade. Requisitos e qualificaçõesConexão que buscamos: Ensino superior completo em Engenharia;Experiência em ferramentas de melhoria contínua e estudos de Capabilidade de Processos (Green Belt preferencialmente);Experiência em processos industriais;Conhecimento em Power BI.Informações adicionaisFilial: Estr.
