Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar atividades de Engenharia de Manufatura voltadas à melhoria da eficiência, qualidade e estabilidade dos processos produtivos;Apoiar o desenvolvimento, implantação e melhoria de processos de fabricação, montagem e testes de produtos, componentes e sistemas;Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua, buscando aumento de produtividade, redução de custos, melhoria da qualidade e padronização dos processos;Apoiar a análise e solução de problemas relacionados aos processos produtivos, utilizando ferramentas de análise de causa e solução de problemas;Prestar suporte técnico à manufatura em ocorrências que demandem análise de Engenharia, contribuindo para a identificação de causas e definição de ações que garantam a continuidade da produção;Participar dos processos de introdução de novos produtos (NPI), apoiando a definição, validação e implantação dos processos de fabricação e testes dentro da companhia e em empresas parceiras;Elaborar e revisar procedimentos, instruções de trabalho, roteiros e documentação técnica necessária para execução e padronização dos processos de manufatura;Apoiar a definição e validação de métodos, dispositivos, ferramentas e setups utilizados nos processos de fabricação e testes;Participar de auditorias internas e externas e de atividades relacionadas ao sistema de qualidade;Apoiar tecnicamente fornecedores e parceiros de manufatura na implantação, manutenção e melhoria dos processos produtivos;Acompanhar indicadores dos processos de manufatura e propor ações de melhoria a partir dos resultados identificados;Interagir com as áreas de Produção, Qualidade, Tecnologia, P&D, Assistência Técnica e demais áreas envolvidas nos processos de industrialização dos produtos;Participar de atividades técnicas em fornecedores, parceiros e outras unidades, incluindo acompanhamento de processos, treinamentos, implantação de produtos e suporte à manufatura.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior em andamento ou completo em Engenharia Elétrica, Eletrônica, Telecomunicações, Mecatrônica, Controle e Automação, Produção ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimentos em processos de manufatura e ambiente industrial;Conhecimentos em eletrônica e interpretação de documentação técnica;Conhecimento de ferramentas de análise e solução de problemas;Conhecimento do Pacote Office e facilidade para trabalhar com sistemas e análise de dados;Capacidade de elaboração de procedimentos, instruções de trabalho e documentação técnica;Perfil analítico, organizado, proativo e com interesse em desenvolvimento técnico;Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento para atuação com equipes multidisciplinares;Disponibilidade para viagens nacionais e internacionais, conforme necessidade dos projetos e atividades da área.
