Se você busca uma experiência enriquecedora em um ambiente comprometido com a comunidade, junte-se a nós nesta missão!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar o mapeamento de processos por meio de entrevistas, observações e análise documental. Elaborar e atualizar fluxogramas utilizando ferramentas específicas (ex: Bizagi, Visio). Registrar e manter documentação de processos, procedimentos e instruções de trabalho. Acompanhar indicadores operacionais relacionados à performance dos processos. Colaborar na identificação de pontos de melhoria, ineficiências e gargalos. Auxiliar na padronização de processos entre áreas ou unidades diferentes. Apoiar reuniões de alinhamento com áreas envolvidas, registrando atas e acompanhando planos de ação. Executar atividades e análises de menor complexidade, seguindo as metodologias e diretrizes adotadas pela organização; Contribuir na elaboração de apresentações e relatórios com os resultados de análises e diagnósticos. Apoiar a implementação de melhorias e controles, conforme definido pelo time de processos

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas afins;

Conhecimento em BPMN e técnicas de mapeamento e modelagem de processos;

Conhecimento em metodologias de melhoria contínua, como Lean Six Sigma;

Experiência mínima de 1 ano com mapeamento, análise e melhoria de processos;
