Sabemos que juntos, todos vamos mais longe.É assim que conectamos a Localiza&Co com o futuro.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO QUE VOCÊ IRÁ FAZER COMO ANALISTA DE PROCESSOS OPERACIONAIS DE FILIAIS SRAtuar como referência dos processos de abastecimento para mais de 500 agências em todo o Brasil, garantindo suporte operacional e tratativa de desvios.Definir, revisar e evoluir os processos de abastecimento, conduzindo projetos, pilotos, testes e iniciativas de melhoria contínua para aumentar a eficiência operacional.Assegurar a sustentação dos sistemas e processos da área, atuando junto a fornecedores e áreas parceiras para garantir a continuidade da operação.Desenvolver e disseminar procedimentos, treinamentos, comunicados e materiais de apoio para as filiais.Gerenciar o relacionamento com fornecedores estratégicos, acompanhando integrações, melhorias e demandas operacionais.Gerir regras, fluxos e modelos de cobrança de combustível, garantindo alinhamento operacional, financeiro e sistêmico.Participar da implantação e evolução de postos internos de abastecimento, realizando controles, inventários e análises de performance da operação.Atuar como Orientador de Negócios (ON) em squads multidisciplinares, contribuindo para evoluções sistêmicas e operacionais.Monitorar indicadores e custos de abastecimento, garantindo a governança dos processos e identificando oportunidades de automação, simplificação, eficiência e aumento da rentabilidade.Apoiar a construção e evolução de dashboards e relatórios gerenciais (Power BI), promovendo maior visibilidade e tomada de decisão baseada em dados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO QUE PRECISAMOSEnsino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Engenharia, Logística, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento avançado em Excel e intermediário em GCP e Power BI.Capacidade analítica para acompanhamento de indicadores, custos e performance operacional.Experiência com mapeamento, documentação e melhoria de processos.Experiência em gestão de projetos e melhoria contínua de processos.Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com facilidade para interação com diferentes áreas e públicos.Organização, senso de prioridade e atenção aos detalhes.Perfil protagonista, colaborativo e orientado à resolução de problemas.Facilidade para atuar em ambientes dinâmicos e em constante transformação.SERÁ UM DIFERENCIALExperiência com processos operacionais e melhoria contínua.Vivência na gestão de fornecedores e acompanhamento de contratos operacionais.Conhecimento em metodologias de melhoria contínua (Lean, Kaizen, PDCA ou similares).Experiência em condução de projetos, pilotos e implementação de novos processos operacionais.Conhecimento em Inteligência Artificial e automação aplicada à otimização de processos e análise de dados.Informações adicionaisBENEFÍCIOS DESSA POSIÇÃOParticipação nos LucrosVale AlimentaçãoVale RefeiçãoConvênio MédicoConvênio OdontológicoGympassPrevidência PrivadaCarro CorporativoAllyaAcesso ilimitado a diversos cursos da nossa Universidade LocalizaProgramas internos de treinamento e desenvolvimentoDesconto em compra e aluguel de veículosViva a experiência de ser Localiza&Co e venha construir o futuro da mobilidade conosco!
