Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMapeamento do Zero: Identificar, documentar e estruturar novos processos de ponta a ponta, entrevistando as áreas envolvidas e desenhando os fluxos operacionais.Governança e Controle: Manter a centralização, atualização e padronização dos processos criados, garantindo que as documentações estejam sempre acessíveis e corretas.Rotina de Qualidade: Estabelecer auditorias contínuas, monitorar gargalos e propor melhorias para assegurar que os processos sigam os padrões de qualidade esperados.Implementação e Acompanhamento: Apoiar a aplicação dos novos processos junto às equipes, garantindo o alinhamento das entregas às estratégias do negócio.Requisitos e qualificaçõesDomínio intermediário em excel / google sheets;Experiência prévia em análise de dados, preferencialmente com foco em atendimento;Capacidade de se expressar de forma clara e articulada com diferentes áreas e níveis hierárquicos.Perfil executor, que toma a iniciativa para resolver problemas e conduz suas entregas com independência.Flexibilidade para se ajustar rapidamente a mudanças de cenários, prioridades e novas ferramentas. Visão Analítica: Habilidade para decompor etapas complexas, identificar oportunidades de otimização e organizar informações com precisão.Familiaridade com ferramentas de processos e conceitos de melhoria contínuaInformações adicionaisVale refeição em cartão flexível R$40 (sem desconto de 6%);Vale transporte em cartão flexível (sem desconto de 6%);Plano de Saúde Unimed, sem coparticipação e sem mensalidade para o Onflyer (por nossa conta :D);Plano Odontológico (desconto na mensalidade)Desconto Farmácia;Benefício de Psicoterapia on-line (Vittude);Benefícios de academia!
