A área de Projetos e Melhoria Contínua faz parte da Diretoria de Sinistro Auto e é responsável pelas jornadas internas de sinistro, pela melhoria contínua e pela transformação dos processos da diretoria.Nosso principal objetivo é apoiar a tomada de decisão estratégica por meio da integração entre excelência em processos e jornadas, visão de mercado e inteligência de dados.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesA posição terá interface com corretores, segurados, central de atendimento e diferentes áreas de Sinistro, com foco na construção e evolução das jornadas.
