Analista de Processos SR Descrição  Analisar e desenvolver processos produtivos para fabricação de casas em Woodframe.Responsabilidades Desenvolver programas CNC’s através de CAD/CAM.Desenvolver folhas de processos com desenhos detalhados para a produção de elementos a partir de plataforma CAD.Extrair lista com quantitativos dos materiais a ser usados na produção.Desenhar mockups para auxiliar no desenvolvimento de novos produtosTrabalhar na implantação de processos produtivos elaborando materiais e instruções de trabalho para orientação e treinamento dos operadores além de acompanhar as operações iniciais para assegurar o cumprimento da metodologia e objetivos traçados. Efetua eventuais correções, e mantém os devidos registros do trabalho realizado para controle; Desenvolve os indicadores de processo, implantando, listando ou formulando os registros e itens de controle e de verificação para avaliação do desempenho do mesmo e apurar resultados e estatísticas que demonstrem a eficácia do processo;Gera instruções de trabalho detalhando todas as etapas visando sua reformulação, padronização ou implantação, faz modelagem de processos com método estruturado, procedimentos, registros, formulários e documentos idealizados para a eficácia do processo.
