Atuar na análise, desenho, melhoria e padronização dos processos corporativos, promovendo eficiência operacional, mitigação de riscos e melhoria contínua. Será responsável por conduzir iniciativas de média e alta complexidade, apoiar as áreas na estruturação de processos, construir indicadores e garantir a aderência às diretrizes de governança organizacional.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMapear, documentar e atualizar processos corporativos utilizando BPMN 2.0.Realizar análises críticas dos processos existentes, identificando gargalos, retrabalhos e oportunidades de melhoria.Conduzir reuniões de levantamento de requisitos com áreas de negócio.Elaborar fluxogramas, procedimentos, políticas, instruções de trabalho e documentação operacional.Desenvolver processos futuros (TO BE) alinhados às necessidades estratégicas da organização.Apoiar projetos de implantação, migração e melhoria de sistemas.Construir e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho dos processos.Aplicar metodologias de melhoria contínua para aumento de produtividade e qualidade.Identificar oportunidades de automação e simplificação operacional.Realizar análises de causa raiz e apoiar a definição de planos de ação.Garantir a aderência dos processos às políticas internas e requisitos regulatórios.Ministrar treinamentos e apoiar a comunicação das mudanças de processo.Apoiar auditorias internas e externas.Elaborar apresentações executivas e relatórios gerenciais.Atuar como referência técnica para analistas juniores e plenos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em: Administração, Sistemas de Informação, Gestão de Qualidade ou áreas afins.Conhecimento em modelagem de processos / gerenciamento de projetos, e metodologias de entrega e qualidade.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.Ter conhecimento em sistemas ERP.Conhecimento das ferramentas MS-project, MS-visio, MS-Office Intermediário.Desejável:Conhecimento em Power BI.Conhecimento em automação de processos.Experiência em implantação ou migração de sistemas.
