stamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Processos SR para integrar nosso time e atuar diretamente na análise, desenvolvimento e melhoria dos processos produtivos.O profissional será responsável por identificar oportunidades de otimização, apoiar projetos de melhoria contínua e contribuir para o aumento da eficiência, produtividade e qualidade, com atuação próxima às áreas de Produção, Qualidade e Manutenção.Buscamos alguém com perfil analítico, proativo e orientado a resultados, que tenha experiência em processos industriais e conhecimento em injeção plástica.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar, desenvolver e otimizar processos produtivos, visando maior eficiência, produtividade e qualidade;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e implementar soluções para redução de perdas, custos e desperdícios;Atuar na análise e melhoria dos processos de injeção plástica;Elaborar, revisar e manter atualizados procedimentos, instruções de trabalho e documentos técnicos;Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho dos processos e elaborar planos de ação;Conduzir projetos de melhoria contínua e acompanhar seus resultados;Realizar análises de causa e propor soluções para problemas relacionados aos processos produtivos;Apoiar a implantação de novos produtos, processos, máquinas e equipamentos;Trabalhar em conjunto com Produção, Qualidade, Manutenção e demais áreas, garantindo a melhoria e estabilidade dos processos;Promover a padronização dos processos e disseminar boas práticas industriais.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia Industrial ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em processos industriais e melhoria contínua;Conhecimento em processos de injeção plástica;Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise e solução de problemas;Experiência com indicadores de processos e elaboração de planos de ação;Conhecimento em Lean Manufacturing e/ou metodologias de melhoria contínua;Habilidade para análise de dados e elaboração de relatórios;Conhecimento em Excel;Capacidade de trabalhar de forma integrada com diferentes áreas;Perfil analítico, organizado, proativo e orientado a resultados.
