A área de Indirect Procurement tem como missão apoiar a liderança da Nidec garantindo conformidade, eficiência e continuidade operacional. Este cargo é responsável por liderar estrategicamente o fornecimento de serviços e insumos industriais de alta complexidade. O profissional deve possuir um perfil dinâmico e generalista de indiretos, capaz de transitar entre diferentes subcategorias por meio de rotatividades periódicas (job rotation), aplicando metodologias robustas de sourcing, gestão de riscos e otimização do custo total (TCO) para um spend regional expressivo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMapear gastos (Spend Analysis), aplicar Matriz de Kraljic e pesquisar tendências e novos fornecedores no mercado;Conduzir concorrências de ponta a ponta para grandes serviços (engenharia, manutenção, facilities) e estruturar SLAs/KPIs;Negociar contratos de MRO, resíduos e utilidades voláteis, analisando índices de mercado para blindar reajustes de preços;Avaliar fornecedores (saúde financeira, EHS, passivos) e garantir governança e transparência nos processos;Assumir novas carteiras de indiretos com agilidade, padronizando processos para garantir transições suaves.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios para esta posição:Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia, Administração, Economia, Logística, Comércio Exterior ou áreas correlatas;Experiência de mínimo de 5 anos de experiência sólida em compras indiretas (Indirect Procurement), MRO/SG&A com histórico em contratação de serviços complexos e/ou materiais industriais;Inglês Avançado;Sólida experiência na aplicação de metodologias de Strategic Sourcing e ferramentas de Spend Analysis;Habilidade comprovada em mapear e construir estratégias de sourcing do zero para novas categorias;Domínio em gestão de contratos com foco em Risk Management (passivos trabalhistas, matrizes de risco operacional, reajustes inflacionários e compliance);Experiência em ERP (SAP).Requisitos desejáveis para a posição:Espanhol (desejável para sinergias regionais);Conhecimento em estruturas de formação de custos (cost breakdown) e modelagem de TCO;Postura de Team Player com habilidade de influenciar times multifuncionais e curiosidade para aprender novas frentes de negócio rapidamente.Informações adicionaisBenefícios da Posição:Plano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Assistência Farmacêutica;Seguro de Vida em Grupo;Associação Desportiva Embraco - ADE;Brinde de Natal;Berçário;Bolsa de Estudos;Restaurante Interno;Participação nos resultados; Transporte Especial.
