Construímos uma cultura forte, baseada em valores sólidos, que guiam nossas decisões, estratégias e a busca por profissionais alinhados ao nosso propósito.Acreditamos que desafios são oportunidades e buscamos talentos que compartilhem de nossos valores, contribuindo para um ambiente dinâmico e inspirador.Juntos, seguimos aprimorando nossa cultura e fortalecendo nosso compromisso de alimentar sua vida.Responsabilidades e atribuições:Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSeguir criteriosamente as normas do SESMT, garantia da qualidade e instrução de trabalho garantindo a própria integridade e qualidade do produto;Operar sistema informatizado SAP (INPUT-PROCESS-OUTPUT);Realizar requisições de compras referente a utensílios e ferramentas necessárias para atendimento aos padrões de BPF e Instalações;Coletar e analisar dados de produção;Identificar gargalos e oportunidades de melhoria;Monitorar indicadores de desempenho;Gerar relatórios e dashboards da produção;Auditar os processos de coleta e inserção de dados em sistemas;Emitir relatórios contábeis relacionados a desvios de produtividade do Setor (Perdas de Insumos da Produção);Garantir o monitoramento do orçamento matricial das despesas da área;Elaborar novos documentos, planilhas e controle de indicadores conforme necessidade do setor;Prestar suporte aos supervisores e coordenadores, provendo informações e recursos necessários para o bom andamento das atividades;Identificar com antecedência a necessidade e disponibilizar materiais necessários para o atendimento ao planejamento de produção;Apurar o estoque de insumos de produção, afim de garantir o nível adequado para atendimento às operações da fábrica;Comunicação com as área de apoio, afim de proporcionar troca de informações entre as áreas e atendimento às demandas do setor;Orientar e esclarecer dúvidas no que tange rotinas de controles de produção;Auxiliar em atividades de operação e processos na fábrica para garantir a produtividade do setor;Controlar e arquivar documentos de Gestão da Qualidade conforme determinação do sistema;Participar de programas e projetos internos com o objetivo de proporcionar melhorias em segurança, qualidade e produtividade da planta;Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino super completo ou cursando em Engenharia de Produção, Alimentos, Química ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento Intermediário em Pacote Office;Experiência nas atividades descritas;Ter atuado em empresas do segmento alimentício será considerado um diferencial.Informações adicionaisLocal de Atuação: Rua Joaquim Carlos, 396 - Brás, SPHorário de trabalho - 08h as 18h, Segunda a sextaModelo de trabalho: 100% presencial🍽️ alimente sua carreira com a gente e faça parte dessa transformação! 💙
