A área de Produto Consignado é responsável por gerenciar, mapear e evoluir produtos e processos relacionados ao Crédito Consignado, atuando na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria, desenvolvimento de soluções, acompanhamento de projetos e integração entre as áreas de Negócios, Operações, Tecnologia, Parametrização e fornecedores.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAbertura, acompanhamento e gestão de chamados relacionados a melhorias e correções sistêmicas;Utilização do Jira para gestão, priorização e acompanhamento das demandas; Mapear, documentar e acompanhar os fluxos operacionais e técnicos dos produtos;Elaborar e manter atualizados processos, fluxogramas, cartilhas, manuais operacionais e materiais de apoio;Realizar acompanhamento detalhado do produto Portabildiade, desde o levantamento da necessidade até implantação e acompanhamento em produção; Atuar diretamente com fornecedores terceirizados, acompanhando cronogramas, pendências, prazos, incidentes, correções e evolução das entregas;Realizar reuniões periódicas de acompanhamento com fornecedores, garantindo o registro e acompanhamento dos planos de ação;Validar se as soluções desenvolvidas pelos fornecedores estão aderentes às regras de negócio e aos fluxos operacionais de Portabilidade;Identificar falhas, gargalos e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos, propondo soluções junto às áreas envolvidas;Realizar acompanhamento analítico das operações, indicadores e motivos de erros/reprovações, utilizando os dados para identificar oportunidades de evolução dos produtos;Acompanhar atualizações de normativas e regras que impactem os produtos, incluindo INSS, Consignado Privado e Convênios Públicos;Acompanhar as demandas de ponta a ponta, garantindo que não sejam consideradas concluídas apenas com o desenvolvimento, mas após a efetiva implantação e validação do funcionamento em produção.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo;Experiência com Crédito Consignado;Conhecimento da operação de Portabilidade INSS;Conhecimento de Consignado Privado e Convênios Públicos;Conhecimento dos fluxos de Portabilidade, incluindo intenção, solicitação de saldo, pagamento, averbação e acompanhamento das operações;Capacidade de interpretar regras de negócio e traduzi-las em requisitos para áreas técnicas e fornecedores;Excel intermediário;SQL básico;Boa comunicação e capacidade de realizar interface e cobrança de entregas junto a fornecedores e áreas internas.Diferencial:Experiência com o Sistema Função.Informações adicionaisNo Daycoval, entendemos que cuidar de nossos colaboradores é essencial para promover um ambiente de trabalho saudável e produtivo.
