E em 2023, iniciamos a operação América do Sul, com nossa primeira sede no Brasil.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar diretamente em campo no suporte técnico e na resolução de problemas relacionados aos sistemas eletrônicos de veículos comerciais elétricos, realizando análises de falhas, diagnósticos avançados e troubleshooting para garantir a disponibilidade, confiabilidade e desempenho dos produtos. Responsável por executar investigações técnicas utilizando ferramentas de diagnóstico automotivo, protocolos UDS e análise de comunicação veicular, além de implementar, validar e liberar pequenas modificações e calibrações de software embarcado necessárias para corrigir desvios identificados em clientes, testes de validação ou operações de pós-venda.Trabalhar de forma integrada com as áreas de Engenharia, Qualidade, Manufatura, Assistência Técnica e fornecedores para identificar causas raiz, propor soluções técnicas e assegurar a rápida recuperação dos veículos em operação, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos produtos e para a satisfação dos clientes.Atuar no suporte técnico de campo em veículos comerciais elétricos, realizando diagnósticos, troubleshooting e análise de falhas em sistemas eletrônicos embarcados. Identificar, reproduzir e investigar problemas reportados por clientes, Assistência Técnica, Qualidade, Manufatura e Engenharia, utilizando ferramentas de diagnóstico, protocolos UDS, análise de redes CAN e captura de dados veiculares.Realizar análises de causa raiz (Root Cause Analysis) e definir ações corretivas para restauração da funcionalidade dos sistemas eletrônicos e software embarcado.Desenvolver, implementar e validar pequenas modificações, correções e calibrações de software necessárias para atender demandas de campo, melhorias de desempenho e resolução de falhas.Suportar o registro, priorização e acompanhamento de problemas e melhorias na plataforma Azure DevOps ou sistema equivalente, garantindo a rastreabilidade das ações e correções.Executar testes funcionais e de regressão em bancada, simuladores e veículos para validar correções e assegurar a robustez das soluções implementadas.Realizar atualizações de software e parametrizações de módulos eletrônicos em veículos de teste, protótipos e veículos em operação, garantindo o correto funcionamento das funcionalidades.Participar de reuniões técnicas com Engenharia, Qualidade, Manufatura, Vendas e Marketing para discutir problemas identificados em campo, propor soluções e acompanhar planos de ação.Elaborar relatórios técnicos contendo evidências de testes, análises de falhas, resultados de diagnósticos e recomendações para melhoria contínua dos produtos.Prestar suporte técnico às áreas de Qualidade, Assistência Técnica e Manufatura durante investigações de campo, campanhas de atualização e resolução de problemas complexos.Acompanhar atividades de validação em clientes, fornecedores e operações de campo, coletando informações que contribuam para a evolução dos sistemas eletrônicos e software embarcado.Manter atualizada toda a documentação técnica, registros de testes, procedimentos de diagnóstico e evidências de validação, garantindo conformidade com os requisitos da IATF 16949, ASPICE e processos internos da empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:Ciência da Computação, bacharel em Elétrica/eletrônica, Mecânica/Mecatrônica, Software ou outras engenharias ou áreas técnicas afins.Outras especializações:Data Science, Data Analytics e Big Data;Scrum e Design Thinking;Machine Learning e outros algoritmos de IA.Conhecimento em arquiteturas eletrônicas de veículos comerciais.Linguagens de Programação e Inteligência Artificial.Idioma:Inglês intermediárioInformações adicionaisTrata-se de uma oportunidade CLT, com atuação no modelo presencial em Resende/RJBenefícios:• Plano de Saúde Sulamerica• Plano Odontológico Sulamerica• Vale Refeição• Vale Alimentação• Auxílio Creche• Programa Bem-Estar• Previdência Privada• Seguro de Vida• PLR
