A área dos Produtos de Agronegócios e RD Máquinas e Equipamentos faz parte da Superintendência de Ramos Elementares PJ.Sua atuação contempla desde a criação de novos produtos, coberturas e manutenção dos produtos já comercializados até o acompanhamento da estratégia de preços e acompanhamento de resultados, ações de subscrição e atendimento à normativas, ações promocionais, comunicação e marketing.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMonitorar e implementar normas e procedimentos relativos à subscrição dos produtos;Promover a melhoria contínua dos produtos e processos por meio da avaliação, desenvolvimento e implementação dos projetos e das sugestões recebidas de outras áreas;Elaboração e manutenção das Condições Gerais, manuais, e formulários, mediante definição de sua amplitude e atualização, zelando por sua adequação às normas e circulares dos órgãos reguladores bem como seus ajustes;Participação de comitês operacionais (sinistros, aceitação, jurídico, etc) para alinhamento de decisões e promoção de melhorias nas regras e processos, acompanhando e validando as ações necessárias;Gerenciar as funcionalidades dos ambientes eletrônicos (sistemas de cotação, site Porto e sistemas internos) mediante envio e acompanhamento de pedido de atualização e ajustes às áreas competentes, bem como elaborar e gerenciar as informações sobre os produtos e processos disponibilizados nestes meios eletrônicos;Contribuir nas negociações de contratos de resseguro, no que se refere às subjetividades e exclusões, mediante definição da amplitude da cobertura necessária, fornecimento de informações e avaliação de propostas recebidas, acompanhamento da exposição e controle de acúmulo de risco e apoio em negociações facultativas de resseguro;Apoiar a área de Controles Internos para garantir o cumprimento das regras de compliance da área por meio do mapeamento e controle dos riscos e gerenciamento de informações, assim como contribuir com o processo de prevenção a fraudes por meio do fornecimento de informações sobre os produtos e processos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Superior Completo;Desejável: Pós Graduação;Desejável Experiência com Produto: vivência em gerenciamento das normas e processos de subscrição, conhecimento em gestão de projetos, noções básicas de resseguro, noções de controles internos e prevenção a fraudes;Excelente comunicação oral e escrita;Perfil crítico e inovador;Bom relacionamento interpessoal;Habilidades em Excel (intermediário), powerpoint e pacote Office.Informações adicionaisVale Alimentação e Refeição Flexíveis;Plano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Wellhub e TotalPass;Academia Bio Ritmo exclusiva para Colaboradores: no Complexo Matriz;Participação nos Lucros - PLR;Programa de Ações: Porto em Ação: complementar à PLR até 2025;Quadras de Areia e Poliesportiva: no Complexo Matriz;Vale-Transporte;Serviços de Transporte de Vans; disponibilizadas nas principais estações de acesso à Porto (Luz, Barra Funda, Santa Cecília e Júlio Prestes);Licença Parental Estendida: até 40 dias para todas as configurações familiares;Licença Maternidade Estendida de 6 meses.;Ambulatório Médico com Especialidades: no Complexo Matriz e Barra Funda;Auxílio creche ou babá;Seguro de Vida;Previdência Privada - PortoPrev;Desconto em Produtos e Serviços;Bolsa de estudos: Reembolso para graduação, pós ou MBA;Corridas mensais: subsídio para as principais corridas de ruas de São PauloReembolso para idiomas (inglês ou espanhol);Teatro Porto: sessões exclusivas para Colaboradores;Biblioteca;Sala de descanso: no completo MatrizSalão de jogos: no complexo MatrizServiços de massagem e podologia: no completo MatrizLocal de trabalho: Híbrido - 4 dias presenciais e 1 Home Office
