Nosso time de Projetos Urbanísticos está em busca de um novo integrante com perfil analítico, visão de projeto e interesse pelo desenvolvimento de projetos.Seu desafio será participar do desenvolvimento de projetos urbanísticos, realizando estudos de ocupação, planos urbanísticos e definição de diretrizes de uso e ocupação do solo, sempre em conformidade com a legislação vigente. O objetivo é transformar análises e estudos em projetos preliminares consistentes, viáveis e de qualidade.Buscamos alguém que tenha olhar crítico, goste de desafios e tenha interesse em atuar em um ambiente dinâmico, com espaço para aprendizado, troca de conhecimentos e desenvolvimento profissional.Se você se identifica com esse desafio e quer crescer junto com um time que valoriza qualidade, colaboração e desenvolvimento, venha fazer parte do nosso time!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar terrenos e seu contexto urbano, identificando restrições, condicionantes e potencialidades de ocupação por meio da análise de imagens aéreas, plano diretor, legislação de uso e ocupação do solo e demais leis aplicáveis.Levantar, interpretar e organizar a legislação municipal, estadual e federal incidente sobre os terrenos e projetos, consolidando as principais diretrizes e restrições para subsidiar as decisões de projeto.Desenvolver estudos de viabilidade e concepção urbanística, avaliando diferentes cenários de ocupação e buscando soluções que conciliem potencial construtivo, legislação, características do terreno e qualidade do produto.Desenvolver masterplans e projetos urbanísticos, desde os estudos iniciais até a elaboração de projetos básicosElaborar plantas, estudos, modelagens e demais materiais necessários ao desenvolvimento dos projetos.Organizar e manter atualizadas as informações e os históricos dos projetos, garantindo rastreabilidade, facilidade de consulta e organização dos estudos realizados.Apoiar a parametrização e estimativa de custos, estruturando informações e indicadores que contribuam para a análise de viabilidade dos projetos.Desenvolver apresentações e materiais de apoio, traduzindo os estudos e conceitos urbanísticos de forma clara, objetiva e visualmente adequada para diferentes públicos.Interagir com diferentes áreas e profissionais envolvidos nos projetos, contribuindo para a integração das informações e para a evolução das soluções propostas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em Arquitetura e Urbanismo.Experiência ou interesse em desenvolvimento de projetos urbanísticos, estudos de ocupação e masterplans.Conhecimento de legislação urbanística e parâmetros de uso e ocupação do solo será considerado um diferencial.Experiência com AutoCAD e SketchUp, QGIS, Microsoft Office e Pacote AdobeCapacidade de interpretar legislação, mapas, imagens aéreas e informações técnicas, transformando dados em diretrizes para o projeto.Perfil analítico, organizado e orientado a detalhes, com capacidade de estruturar e cruzar diferentes informações.Boa capacidade de representação gráfica e apresentação de projetos.Interesse em compreender o projeto de forma integrada, considerando aspectos urbanísticos, técnicos, legais e econômicos.Boa comunicação e capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa com diferentes áreas.
