Buscamos um(a) Analista de Produtos para atuar na Comunidade de Mercado de Capitais, com foco em Renda Fixa e na evolução das capacidades digitais da área. A pessoa será responsável por conectar negcio, dados, tecnologia e inteligência artificial, contribuindo para a eficiência operacional, melhoria da tomada de decisão e aceleração da adoção de IA pelos times de negcio. O profissional atuará como um agente de transformação, identificando oportunidades de automação, uso de analytics e aplicações de inteligência artificial para aumentar produtividade, gerar insights e potencializar resultados comerciais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstratégia e Gestão de Produtos Apoiar a evolução do roadmap de produtos e soluções da Comunidade de Mercado de Capitais. Identificar oportunidades de melhoria na jornada de emissão, distribuição e acompanhamento de operaç Traduzir necessidades de negcio em iniciativas de produto, dados e tecnologia. Estruturar indicadores de negcio e painéis gerenciais para acompanhamento do mercado de capitais. Liderar iniciativas para promover a adoção de IA pelos times de negcio. Identificar casos de uso de IA generativa, agentes inteligentes aplicáveis ao contexto de Apoiar a implementação e disseminação de ferramentas como Copilot, agentes de IA e automações. Estruturar casos de negcio e mensurar benefícios gerados pelas iniciativas de IA. Capacitar usuários e disseminar melhores práticas de uso de IA na organização. Interagir com áreas de Negcios, DCM, Tecnologia, Dados, Operações, Compliance e Risco.
