Gerar e extrair relatórios e construir visões de acompanhamento do portfólio. Apoiar a rotina do ciclo de vida das ofertas (criação, revisão e encerramento). Acompanhar indicadores básicos de performance (adesão e receita). Auxiliar as unidades em dúvidas sobre planos e ofertas. Manter a documentação e os registros do portfólio organizados. Participar das reuniões de alinhamento da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesHabilidades:Microsoft Excel e análise de dados (desejável: Power BI e/ou SQL).Conhecimento de gestão de portfólio e precificação de planos de telecom (banda larga, móvel e combo).Visão de negócio, pensamento analítico e organização.Formação:Ensino Superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Economia, Engenharia ou Marketing.Informações adicionaisHorário de trabalho: segunda a sexta-feira das 08h as 12h e das 13h12 as 18h.Oportunidade para trabalhar híbrido, na cidade de Timbó/SC.
