Gente com vontade de facilitar a vida financeira das pessoas e impulsionar negócios!Tá a fim de uma carreira que rende mais? Confira essa oportunidade e #VemProPags!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como Product Owner em squad de projetos relacionados a experiência e aos serviços de pagamento e de fatura do cartão de crédito do PagBank (descoberta, desenvolvimento, lançamento e evolução contínua).Definir a visão, a estratégia e o roadmap da squad.Traduzir necessidades de negócio em requisitos, histórias de usuário e critérios de aceite claros e priorizados.Gerenciar e priorizar o backlog com base em dados, impacto e alinhamento estratégico.Conduzir discovery de novas funcionalidades, jornadas e melhorias, com foco em dados e na experiência do cliente junto com áreas parceiras.Acompanhar métricas de performance (pagamentos, taxas, rotativo, parcelamentos de fatura, vencimentos).Atuar junto dos times de Engenharia, Design, Crédito e Cobrança, Risco, Compliance e Operações.Identificar oportunidades de otimização de jornadas e processos operacionais.Garantir conformidade com as regulações do mercado financeiro e as políticas internas.Liderar tratativas de incidentes críticos e melhorias estruturais do produto.Conduzir alinhamentos com stakeholders executivos e apresentar resultados e planos de evolução.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior em Administração, Economia, Marketing, Engenharia ou Tecnologia.Experiência na elaboração de análises e no acompanhamento de KPIs.Vivência na condução de processos de discovery e definição de produto.Experiência com produtos digitais em ambientes ágeis (Scrum e Kanban).Conhecimento em ferramentas de manipulação de dados.Conhecimento em ferramentas como Jira, Confluence ou similares.Conhecimento das regulações do mercado financeiro (BACEN, bandeiras e arranjos de pagamento).
