Traduzir necessidades dos clientes, stakeholders e áreas parceiras em requisitos claros para o time de desenvolvimento. Gerenciar e priorizar o backlog do produto com base em impacto, esforço, risco e alinhamento estratégico. Conduzir discovery de produto, identificando oportunidades, dores dos usuários e melhorias de jornada. Definir requisitos funcionais, regras de negócio, critérios de aceite e jornadas de uso. Acompanhar métricas de produto, adoção, utilização, conversão e satisfação dos clientes. Trabalhar em conjunto com Design, Engenharia, Dados, Operações, Comercial e Atendimento. Apoiar o planejamento de roadmap e garantir a execução das iniciativas priorizadas. Garantir entregas alinhadas com as necessidades passadas como requisitos e acompanhar resultados pós-lançamento. Mapear processos financeiros relacionados à conciliação de vendas, liquidação, recebíveis, taxas e movimentações financeiras para enriquecer relatórios e construir novos em eventuais necessidades futuras.

·         Apoiar a evolução do motor de conciliação financeira e novas funcionalidades.

Identificar e propor melhorias para aumentar transparência financeira, automação e eficiência operacional. Elaborar materiais executivos e apresentações para acompanhamento da evolução do produto.

Requisitos e qualificações·         Superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Gestão de Produtos ou áreas correlatas.

·         Experiência com gestão e priorização de backlog.

·         Experiência na elaboração de requisitos, histórias de usuário e critérios de aceite.

·         Capacidade analítica e tomada de decisão baseada em dados

·         Experiência em gestão de stakeholders e atuação com times multidisciplinares

·         Vivência na condução de iniciativas multifuncionais envolvendo Produto, Tecnologia, Dados e áreas de negócio.

·         Experiência com testes, experimentação, melhoria contínua e otimização de funis de conversão.

Informações adicionaisDesejável:

·         Experiência com produtos financeiros, fintechs ou meios de pagamento.

·         Conhecimento em conciliação financeira e gestão de recebíveis.

·         Conhecimento em fluxos de adquirência. Exemplo: chargeback, cancelamento e antecipação de recebíveis.

·         Conhecimento em integrações via API e layouts de arquivos EDI.

·         Conhecimento em ferramentas de analytics, visualização e mensuração de resultados como Power BI, SQL, GA ou similares.
