Responsabilidades e atribuições RESPONSABILIDADES BÁSICAS:

Controlar as parametrizações sistêmicas dos produtos de assistência médica e complementares comercializados pela cooperativa. Através de cadastro, revisão periódica e validação

Administrar e monitorar o ciclo de vida dos produtos da cooperativa. Através de acompanhamento de indicadores, situação, disponibilizada pela a ANS no mercado

Desenvolver materiais de comercialização e informativos (internos e externos) dos produtos da cooperativa, sob orientação, através dos parâmetros dos produtos, modelo de materiais praticados pela Cooperativa, bem como com a parceria com outras áreas.

Acompanhar e analisar as mudanças regulatórias e mercadológicas da Saúde Suplementar e seus impactos na área, através de informações disponibilizada pelo site da ANS, bem como notícias sobre o setor de saúde.

Orientar tecnicamente, mediante suporte, as demais áreas da empresa quanto aos produtos de assistência médica e complementares. esclarecendo dúvidas das áreas solicitantes, através de telefonemas, NIPs, e-mails.

Elaborar relatórios gerenciais com o intuito de fornecer subsídios para tomada de decisões estratégicas da gestão da área, através de requisição de relatórios contendo indicadores e recomendações técnicas dos produtos.

Extrair, tratar e analisar bases de dados contidas no ERP Totvs e arquivos estruturados em XML, mediante consultas e cruzamento de informações, visando subsidiar as parametrizações, conciliações operacionais e análises da área.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que você precisa ter: Escolaridade: Superior Completo - Administração, Economia, Direito e/ou áreas correlatas Legislação ANS (Lei 9.656/98) Rol de ProcedimentosNIPs ERP Totvs (Módulo Saúde) Padrão TISS/XML Excel Avançado Ciclo de Vida do Produto Elaboração de Materiais Técnicos.
