O desafio envolve sistemas de alta disponibilidade, processamento transacional e integração com múltiplos sistemas e parceiros. Definir e evoluir a estratégia do produto, transformando necessidades do negócio em soluções escaláveis e de alto impacto.Priorizar e gerenciar o roadmap do produto, equilibrando valor de negócio, riscos regulatórios e viabilidade técnica.Elaborar histórias de usuário, critérios de aceitação e requisitos funcionais garantindo clareza para os times de desenvolvimento.Acompanhar todo o ciclo de vida das iniciativas, desde a concepção até a mensuração de resultados em produção.Analisar indicadores de negócio e produto para identificar oportunidades de melhoria e eficiência operacional.Liderar a evolução de processos e sistemas financeiros, promovendo automação, escalabilidade e governança.Atuar como referência do contexto funcional junto aos times de tecnologia, operações e áreas de negócio.Liderar a sustentação e evolução contínua do produto, garantindo estabilidade operacional, eficiência dos processos de negócio e priorização de melhorias com foco na geração de valor para clientes e áreas parceiras.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Tecnologia da Informação, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas.Experiência como Product Owner, Product Manager ou função equivalente em produtos digitais.Experiência na gestão de roadmap, backlog e priorização de produtos.Experiência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban ou similares).Conhecimento em Product Discovery e Product Delivery.Vivência com sistemas financeiros, backoffice financeiro ou soluções transacionais de alta criticidade.Capacidade de analisar indicadores de produto e apoiar tomadas de decisão orientadas por dados.Habilidade para trabalhar com diversos contextos de negócio.Informações adicionaisPara se destacar nesta posição seria legal se você também tivesse:Experiência com core bancário, meios de pagamentos ou sistemas transacionais financeiros.Conhecimento em gestão de contas, saldo, extrato ou movimentações financeiras ou contábil.Experiência com arquitetura orientada a serviços e APIs.
