A gerência de Aquisição de Cartão de Crédito tem como missão expandir a base de clientes da Porto com inteligência e sustentabilidade financeira. Atuamos no desenho de produtos e estratégia de vendas em diversos canais, garantindo que o crescimento venha acompanhado de eficiência operacional e controle de custos. Somos o motor que conecta as oportunidades de mercado às soluções de crédito da Porto.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstratégia de Aquisição: Acompanhar o funil de aquisição de novos clientes PF e PJ, identificando gargalos e oportunidades para aumentar a taxa de conversão. Parcerias e Canais: Identificar, testar e escalar novos canais de aquisição. Onboarding do Cliente: Otimizar a jornada de entrada/cadastro do clientecorporativo, garantindo um processo de abertura e concessão de cartão ágil,seguro e com o menor atrito possível. Análise de Dados de Negócio: Acompanhar diariamente métricas cruciais como CAC (Custo de Aquisição de Cliente), volume de novos cartões emitidos e taxade ativação de novos clientes. Sinergia com Outras Áreas: Trabalhar em conjunto com os times de Marketing, CRM, Parceria e Risco de Crédito para criar campanhas e ofertas atrativas e segmentadas para o público PF e PJ.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Marketing, Economia,Engenharia ou áreas correlatas. Experiência: Vivência prévia em áreas de Aquisição, Growth, Desenvolvimentode Negócios ou preferencialmente no setor financeiro, fintechs ou meios depagamento. Mentalidade de Testes: Familiaridade com cultura de testes A/B, análise defunil de conversão e orientação por dados.
