A área de Produtos de Trade Finance & Câmbio é responsável pelo desenvolvimento e evolução de soluções voltadas ao comércio exterior e operações cross-border, conectando as necessidades dos clientes às estratégias de negócio do banco.O time atua na estruturação de produtos, jornadas e processos que geram valor para clientes internos e externos, trabalhando de forma integrada com as áreas de Tecnologia, Comercial, Operações, Jurídico, Compliance, Tesouraria e Riscos para entregar soluções completas, eficientes e alinhadas às exigências regulatórias e às demandas do mercado.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver, estruturar e aprimorar produtos e soluções de Trade Finance e Câmbio Pronto, desde a concepção até a implementação.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e inovação para ampliação do portfólio de produtos e experiência dos clientes.Definir escopo, requisitos de negócio, jornada do cliente, público-alvo e diferenciais competitivos das soluções.Levantar, documentar e priorizar requisitos junto às áreas de negócio, garantindo alinhamento entre necessidades comerciais, operacionais, regulatórias e tecnológicas.Atuar como ponte entre as áreas de Negócios e Tecnologia, acompanhando o desenvolvimento e a implantação de novas funcionalidades e produtos.Realizar testes funcionais, homologações e validações de regras de negócio, assegurando aderência aos requisitos definidos.Liderar iniciativas de melhoria contínua, eficiência operacional e automação de processos.Acompanhar indicadores de performance, resultados e utilização dos produtos, propondo ações para evolução contínua.Participar de projetos estratégicos e de transformação digital relacionados ao mercado de câmbio e comércio exterior.Apoiar áreas comerciais na disseminação de conhecimento sobre produtos e soluções.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em bancos, corretoras, fintechs ou instituições financeiras.Vivência em áreas de Produtos, Back Office de Câmbio, Operações de Comércio Exterior, Trade Finance ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento de produtos de câmbio pronto e operações de comércio exterior.Experiência em levantamento de requisitos, homologação e acompanhamento de projetos.Atuação com equipes multidisciplinares envolvendo Tecnologia, Comercial, Operações, Compliance, Jurídico e Riscos.Inglês intermediário ou avançado, com boa comunicação escrita e verbal.
