Desenvolvimento E2E (End-to-End): Criar, evoluir e gerenciar o portfólio do produto Residencial, definindo coberturas, assistências, franquias e condições gerais.Alinhamento Estratégico: Garantir a aderência dos produtos aos objetivos de crescimento e posicionamento da empresa. Precificação, Performance e Rentabilidade:Sinergia com Pricing & Subscrição: Atuar em parceria com as áreas técnicas para equilibrar a competitividade de preço, aceitação de risco e margem de contribuição.Gestão de KPIs: Monitorar ativamente indicadores-chave de performance, como sinistralidade, ticket médio, conversão e Churn.Otimização do Portfólio: Propor ajustes contínuos de produto e precificação para assegurar a rentabilidade e o crescimento sustentável.

     Regulação, Governança e Compliance:Conformidade SUSEP: Assegurar que todos os produtos atendam estritamente à legislação vigente e às normas dos órgãos reguladores.Documentação Técnica: Apoiar o desenvolvimento e atualização de Condições Gerais, Notas Técnicas e demais artefatos regulatórios.Radar Regulatório: Acompanhar proactively mudanças na legislação que possam impactar os produtos ou gerar novas oportunidades. Colaboração InterdepartamentalGo-to-Market (GTM) & Marketing: Colaborar com as equipes de Marketing e Growth no posicionamento do produto, comunicação de benefícios e estratégias de aquisição.Parceria com Tech & Product (POs/PMs): Interagir com os times de tecnologia para traduzir regras de negócio em requisitos de sistema e jornadas digitais.

Requisitos e qualificações💡 Se liga no que precisa ter/saber: Especialidade no Ramo Residencial: Domínio aprofundado do produto de Seguro Residencial (coberturas, assistências, dinâmica do mercado e sinistro).Regulação do Setor: Sólido conhecimento do arcabouço normativo da SUSEP e regras regulatórias de seguros.Análise de Dados e Finanças: Familiaridade com modelos de precificação, subscrição de riscos e métricas de rentabilidade (sinistralidade, margem, etc.).Perfil Analítico e Resolutivo: Forte capacidade de transformar dados em decisões e propor soluções inovadoras para problemas complexos.
