Então se inscreva e não perca tempo!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Analista de Produtos você focará em:Conduzir estudos de mercado, análises competitivas e benchmarking, identificando oportunidades de novos produtos, melhorias e diferenciação do portfólio;Estruturar e apresentar business cases, análises de viabilidade e recomendações para novos produtos e evolução do portfólio;Monitorar indicadores de performance dos produtos, identificando oportunidades e liderando planos de ação para otimização de resultados;Atuar de forma estratégica e integrada com as áreas Técnica, Comercial, Marketing, Operações e demais stakeholders, conduzindo iniciativas relacionadas ao desenvolvimento e lançamento de produtos;Liderar a definição e estruturação de requisitos técnicos, funcionais e comerciais dos produtos, garantindo alinhamento entre as áreas envolvidas;Conduzir reuniões e negociações com fornecedores e parceiros estratégicos, acompanhando oportunidades, entregas e resultados;Gerenciar o ciclo de vida dos produtos, desde o planejamento e desenvolvimento até lançamento, evolução, posicionamento e eventual descontinuidade;Elaborar e garantir a atualização de materiais técnicos, comerciais e de apoio à estratégia dos produtos;Atuar como referência técnica, apoiando o desenvolvimento de analistas plenos e juniores e compartilhando conhecimento sobre produtos, mercado e processos;Garantir o alinhamento do portfólio às necessidades dos clientes, estratégia do negócio, tendências de mercado e evolução tecnológica;Propor melhorias e novas oportunidades de produtos com base em dados, comportamento do mercado, necessidades dos clientes e resultados do portfólio;Acompanhar projetos e iniciativas de produtos, garantindo priorização, prazos, entregas e alinhamento com os objetivos estratégicos da empresa.
