Então venha fazer parte do Time de Programação de Materiais da Randon Caxias!Temos uma oportunidade para o cargo de Analista de Programação de Materiais Júnior na Randon na Randon Caxias!Estamos buscando alguém que queira fazer a diferença#VocêNaRandoncorp #SomosRandoncorpResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesVocê conhece as atividades que um Analista de Programação de Materiais Júnior desempenha na nossa área?Responder pela programação de materiais de consumíveis: arames de solda, subcontratação estamparia, gases, combustíveis, EPIs, Kanban e Peças de reposição de adquiridos e manufaturados, elaborando relatórios, analisando estoque atual, demandas futuras, tendênci, variações, verificando médias e ou projetando consumos, enviando e/ou cadastrando pedidos no sistema, a fim de atender necessidades e garantir entrega de matéria-prima para produção; Programar aquisição de materiais e insumos sob sua responsabilidade, verificando demandas de clientes, ordens de produção, consultando estoques, elaborando planilhas, informando necessidades e ou consultando portal do fornecedor e realizando rotina no sistema, visando manter níveis de estoques adequados ao processo produtivo; Realizar abertura de alerta de ruptura da cadeia, alerta vermelho e ou RNC (Relatório de Não Conformidade), especificando valores de horas paradas, custos extras com fretes, solicitando e acompanhando planos de ação e enviando aos fornecedores, objetivando obter ressarcimento de prejuízos e evitar novos problemas; Monitorar indicadores da área, verificando resultados, realizando análise crítica, identificando causas x efeitos, elaborando, acompanhando e ou implementando planos de ação, visando atender ou superar metas estabelecidas; Manter contato com fornecedores, solicitando e verificando informações, prazos de entrega, capacidade e ou dificuldades de atendimento, a fim de assegurar recebimento e atender necessidades de materiais e insumos dentro do prazo estabelecido; Providenciar subcontratações às empresas terceirizadas, verificando estoques, planilhas kanban, informando demandas diárias, contatando e ou negociando com transportadoras, estabelecendo prioridades, fornecendo quantidades e horários de coleta, realizando rotina no sistema e acompanhando entrega itens, visando abastecer prestadores de serviços para realização de beneficiamentos conforme demanda; Acompanhar novos projetos, participando de reuniões, coletando e ou informando dadas, especificações e ou restrições de materiais, verificando necessidades de itens sob sua responsabilidade, objetivando prever e ou ajustar processos; Manter contato áreas de interface, tais como compras, produção, engenharia de processo/produto, programação de produção, área de estoques, entre outras, a fim de dirimir dúvidas, levantar informações, solucionar problemas, entre outros; Manter cadastro de itens atualizado, inserindo e conferindo parâmetros e/ou especificações no sistema informatizado de itens sob sua responsabilidade, visando prevenir e ou evitar problemas; Sugerir e ou implementar melhorias, participando de reuniões, identificando problemas, elaborando planos de ação, verificando e ou estabelecendo metas, a fim de otimizar resultados; Executar atividades adicionais ao estabelecido para o cargo, de mesma natureza e complexidade, observando solicitação do superior imediato e ou demanda interna. Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara participar do processo seletivo, é necessário:Graduação em andamento ou concluída.Conhecimento ou certificação em Excel Básico.Informações adicionaisHorário de trabalho:Turno 1: 07:12h às 17h
