Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponder pela programação e controle das linhas de produção (pré- montagem e montagem final) de implementos rodoviários, analisando as ordens de produção programadas no sistema informatizado aliado às restrições de capacidade produtiva, mão de obra e demais processos envolvidos a fim de efetivar o planejamento previsto; Liberar o processo produtivo, analisando parâmetros do planejamento e programação da produção, efetuando rotinas específicas no sistema informatizado, verificando ordens de produção, visando atender as demandas programadas; Analisar aderência da programação e prazo de entrega das linhas de produção, participando de reuniões, verificando planejado x realizado, identificando causas relacionadas à área, examinando previsões, restrições de matéria-prima, capacidade produtiva, elaborando planos de ação, objetivando desenvolver e ou implementar soluções e melhorias na produção e cumprir prazos no atendimento aos clientes; Preparar, consolidar e apresentar informações sobre a capacidade x demanda no intervalo de tempo estabelecido, visando facilitar e agilizar antecipadamente a tomada de decisão para atender a estratégia de programação de produção; Analisar estoque de produtos em elaboração na sua área de atuação, gerando e ou inserindo informações no sistema informatizado, a fim de garantir a acuracidade do estoque em processo; Efetuar follow up das programações, verificando a aderência, levantando pendências, priorizando demandas a fim de atender as demandas de produção; Executar atividades adicionais ao estabelecido para o cargo, de mesma natureza e complexidade, observando solicitação do superior imediato e ou demanda interna; Responder pelas ordens de retrabalho provenientes de Notas QM, alimentando com informações de materiais e demais recursos no sistema informatizado, a fim de garantir a sua conclusão no prazo estabelecido. Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação concluída ou em andamento;Excel básico;PCP - Planejamento e Controle de Produção;Excel Intermediário.Informações adicionaisTurno 1: 07h12 às 17h
