Como parte do Grupo TRATON, estamos em um momento estratégico de evolução do nosso modelo de negócios, consolidando-nos como um integrador de soluções logísticas sustentáveis.SOBRE A POSIÇÃO:Estamos em busca de um Analista de Programação Logístico Pleno, que será responsável por atuar apoiando o time de Control Tower, conduzindo análises de dados, propondo soluções estratégicas, garantindo a confiabilidade da operação. Você integrará informações operacionais, de telemetria, planejamento e performance para direcionar correções, desenvolver padrões operacionais e impulsionar resultados de produtividade, segurança e eficiência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar indicadores de performance (produtividade, tempos, eficiência, telemetria, OEE da frota) e propor ações estratégicas para melhoria contínua.Realizar correções de rota diretamente com cliente, planejadores e áreas correlatas, com autonomia para tomada de decisão.Alimentar informações nos sistemas (Trimble, Solinftec, PIMS e outras plataformas), realizando diagnósticos e propondo melhorias na operação.Apoiar o desenvolvimento e parametrização de ferramentas digitais internas.Garantir a qualidade dos dados registrados e o cumprimento dos padrões operacionais definidos pela LOTS.Apoiar investigações de desvios operacionais, propondo planos de ação estruturados (5W2H, PDCA, Ishikawa).Elaborar relatórios e análises de resultados para coordenação e clientes.Participar de projetos de otimização, novos fluxos operacionais e implantação de tecnologias.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em andamento em Logística, Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em operações logísticas, preferencialmente com atuação em controle de frota ou control tower.Domínio avançado de Excel e capacidade analítica.Conhecimento intermediário/avançado em Power BI (modelagem, DAX, construção de dashboards).Vivência com plataformas de gestão e telemetria (PIMS, Trimble, Solinftec, Omnilink, etc.).Conhecimento em Power Apps e/ou Power Automate (será um diferencial).Perfil crítico e orientado a dados, com visão holística e capacidade de tomada de decisão rápida.Excelente comunicação, organização e habilidade de conduzir reuniões técnicas e de resultados.Desejável vivência em operações de transporte canavieiro.Disponibilidade para turnos e plantões estratégicos conforme necessidade operacional.Informações adicionaisBENEFÍCIOSVale Alimentação (Ticket Superflex)Vale Refeição (Ticket Superflex)Plano de SaúdePlano OdontológicoSeguro de VidaWellhub (antigo Gympass)Parceria PetloveMODELO DE TRABALHORegime de contratação: CLTCarga horária: 40 horas semanais;Local: 100% Presencial em São Paulo, SP (Próximo à estação Brigadeiro do Metrô)O que você está esperando para se juntar a nós?Se o seu perfil corresponde aos nossos valores e objetivos, deixe seu currículo conosco e não perca a chance de fazer parte da equipe LOTS!Essa vaga está disponível para a inscrição de pessoas com deficiência ou reabilitados do INSS.
