O Analista Pleno atuará na área de Infraestrutura e Energia, reportando-se ao Head da área e dando suporte à execução de operações de M&A, à estruturação de soluções de financiamento e capital e à assessoria financeira, além de análises de empresas, projetos e setores. A posição oferece exposição direta a estruturas de project finance — modelagem de SPEs, dimensionamento de dívida de longo prazo, análise de alocação de riscos e de contratos do projeto — e à interlocução com bancos comerciais e de fomento, fundos de infraestrutura e investidores institucionais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConstrução e atualização de modelos financeiros, incluindo projeções, valuation, análise de capacidade de endividamento e cenários de sensibilidade;Modelagem de project finance: construção do fluxo de caixa do projeto, dimensionamento da dívida (ponte e de longo prazo) e acompanhamento dos índices de cobertura, garantias e covenants ao longo do prazo do financiamento;Elaboração de apresentações em PowerPoint para clientes e discussões internas, incluindo materiais comerciais, análises de empresas, projetos e oportunidades de investimento;Desenvolvimento de análises e relatórios setoriais, com foco nos segmentos de infraestrutura e energia (geração, transmissão, saneamento, transportes e logística), incluindo acompanhamento regulatório e de leilões;Análise de informações financeiras, operacionais e de mercado para suporte à avaliação de empresas, projetos e estruturas de capital;Suporte às diferentes etapas de processos de M&A e assessoria financeira, desde as análises iniciais até a execução das transações, incluindo apoio a due diligence, data room e materiais de negociação.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Economia, Administração ou Engenharia;Experiência mínima de 2 anos em assessoria financeira, M&A, project finance, mercado de capitais ou áreas correlatas;Domínio de modelagem financeira e análise de demonstrações financeiras (balanço, DRE e fluxo de caixa);Inglês avançado;Domínio avançado do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel e PowerPoint;Familiaridade com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas à análise e à produtividade;Perfil analítico, atenção a detalhe e capacidade de conduzir entregas com autonomia;Autonomia: saber gerenciar o próprio tempo, priorizar suas atividades e ter censo crítico da área onde está inserido (saber quando puxar os demais da equipe para atender os objetivos da área)Trabalho em Equipe: saber trabalhar em Equipe, manter todos envolvidos a par das dificuldades, desafios e evolução do trabalho. Auxiliar os demais em prol do sucesso comum da área.Perfil comercial: boa comunicação oral e escrita, desenvoltura na interação com clientes, bancos e investidores, e interesse em evoluir para funções de originação e relacionamento.Diferenciais:Vivência prévia em project finance ou em financiamento de longo prazo de projetos de infraestrutura e energia (greenfield ou brownfield);Conhecimento do arcabouço regulatório dos setores de energia elétrica, saneamento ou transportes (ANEEL, ANA e agências estaduais, ANTT/ANTAQ);Conhecimento de operações estruturadas e instrumentos de dívida (debêntures incentivadas, CRI/CRA, FIDC, notas comerciais);Ter participado de transações de M&A ou de processos de captação de dívida de longo prazo;Conhecimento de VBA ou Python para automação de análises e tratamento de dados.
