A equipe é formada por profissionais dedicados, que trabalham em sintonia para alcançar resultados e superar desafios com eficiência.Se você busca fazer parte de uma empresa sólida, inovadora e com uma cultura voltada para o crescimento profissional, esta vaga é para você!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstudos de Viabilidade e Escopo: Conduzir estudos de viabilidade técnica e civil para a instalação de novos equipamentos de estamparia (prensas mecânicas); definir o escopo completo de engenharia e infraestrutura necessários para a implantação.Análise Técnica e Comercial: Avaliar propostas técnicas e comerciais de fornecedores nacionais e internacionais, garantindo o alinhamento com o escopo técnico estabelecido e as necessidades da planta industrial.Gestão Orçamentária e CAPEX: Desenvolver estimativas detalhadas de investimentos (CAPEX), englobando custos de transporte (logística pesada/comissionamento), montagem mecânica/elétrica, adequação de base civil, instalações periféricas e testes de aceitação.Controle Financeiro de Projetos: Elaborar o fluxo de caixa do projeto, realizar o controle rigoroso da verba aprovada, emitir requisições/pedidos de compra e garantir o cumprimento do orçamento previsto (Target vs. Atual).Planejamento e Cronograma: Elaborar, atualizar e gerenciar o cronograma físico-financeiro dos projetos, identificando caminhos críticos e implementando planos de ação para mitigar desvios de prazo.Análise de Risco e Segurança: Realizar a análise de riscos do projeto (técnicos, escopo, custos, recursos e partes interessadas) durante todas as fases do projeto, desde a concepção até o startup do equipamento.Melhoria Contínua: Desenvolver e implementar projetos de melhoria na infraestrutura industrial existente, visando o aumento de eficiência, confiabilidade das prensas e otimização do layout produtivo.Documentação e Report: Estruturar apresentações executivas para aprovação de verbas (Justificativa de Investimento), manter as listas de materiais (BOM) atualizadas e garantir a integridade de toda a documentação técnica do projetoRequisitos e qualificaçõesTécnico Completo (Mecânica/ Produção/ Automação/ Desenhos e Projetos)Curso de desenho técnico.Conhecimento elaboração de cronograma (Project Libre ou similar).Conhecimento geral em máquinas e equipamentos industriais e seus elementos construtivos.Auto Cad ou Similar.Inglês (Intermediário).Informática (Pacote Office)Conhecimento nas ferramentas essências da qualidade Core Tools.Experiencia na função de analista de projeto, líder de projetos.Informações adicionais🚌 Transporte fretado para Limeira;☕ Café da manhã fornecido pela empresa;🍽️ Refeições no restaurante interno;🏥 Plano de saúde;🦷 Plano odontológico;💊 Auxílio farmácia;🏃 Parceria com o SESI para atividades e bem-estar;🧺 Cesta básica;📈 Participação nos Lucros e Resultados (PLR).
