Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesControlar e atualizar cronogramas, escopos e documentações dos projetos da área;Acompanhar prazos, entregas e principais marcos dos projetos, garantindo a execução conforme o planejado;Elaborar e distribuir relatórios de status e apresentações para a gerência e demais stakeholders;Identificar, registrar e comunicar riscos, desvios e necessidades de ações corretivas;Apoiar e facilitar reuniões de alinhamento com stakeholders, elaborando atas e acompanhando os encaminhamentos definidos;Realizar o acompanhamento das entregas das áreas envolvidas, atuando de forma proativa na cobrança de prazos e pendências;Organizar e manter atualizada a documentação dos projetos, incluindo registros, decisões e lições aprendidas;Apoiar o Gerente de Projetos & CX III em análises, apresentações e iniciativas estratégicas da área;

Requisitos e qualificações Formação:Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Tecnologia da Informação, Gestão de Projetos ou áreas correlatas.Desejável pós-graduação ou certificação em Gestão de Projetos, como PMP, CAPM ou Scrum Master. Experiência:Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em gestão de projetos corporativos, PMO ou funções relacionadas; Experiência com cronogramas, prazos, escopo, riscos e acompanhamento de entregas; Vivência com metodologias como PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban ou híbridas; Experiência em projetos de operações, tecnologia, serviços ou CX será um diferencial.

Conhecimentos técnicos:

Conhecimento em MS Project, Planner, Jira ou ferramentas similares; Excel intermediário para controles, relatórios e dashboards; Conhecimento em Microsoft 365 e elaboração de apresentações e relatórios; Inglês intermediário para leitura de materiais e ferramentas de projetos.

Habilidades que buscamos:Perfil organizado, analítico e orientado para resultados;Proatividade e senso de responsabilidade, com autonomia para acompanhar suas demandas;Boa comunicação e facilidade para relacionamento com diferentes áreas e níveis hierárquicos;Atenção aos detalhes; Senso de urgência e capacidade de priorização;
