Garantir que as equipes de suporte estejam cientes dos cronogramas, entregáveis, orçamento e objetivos dos projetos.Planejamento e acompanhamento de projetosApoiar e realizar o acompanhamento do plano de trabalho, escopo e orçamento dos projetos sob sua responsabilidade. Auxiliar no controle das tarefas, prazos e necessidades de recursos, garantindo alinhamento com os cronogramas e as restrições orçamentárias dos projetos. Monitorar as atividades em andamento para assegurar que todas as etapas sejam concluídas conforme planejado. Preparar relatórios, entregáveis e controles orçamentários para comunicação com o gerente de projetos em diferentes fóruns.Gestão de Riscos de ProjetosIdentificar riscos e comunicar o progresso, problemas e pontos de atenção aos diferentes níveis da organização e às partes interessadas relevantes.Gestão de StakeholdersGerenciar o relacionamento com fornecedores e stakeholders internos do Grupo e de suas empresas operacionais (OpCos).Melhoria ContínuaApoiar a identificação de oportunidades de melhoria de processos e propor soluções eficazes e eficientes.Compliance / ConformidadeGarantir que as políticas das OpCos e do Grupo sejam sempre cumpridas, orientando também as áreas de negócio quanto à sua aplicação.Análises e InsightsExtrair, organizar, analisar dados e gerar insights. Apoiar a tomada de decisão por meio do fornecimento de informações e análises relevantes.Planejamento de Sourcing / ContrataçõesApoiar a liderança e a equipe de Procurement na definição do plano de sourcing, com base nas necessidades históricas (plano de sourcing anterior), bem como na coleta de necessidades de negócio atualizadas e novas.Apresentações Executivas e RoadshowsApoiar a preparação e consolidação, parcial ou integral, de apresentações claras — incluindo relatórios, comparações e resumos — para negociações, alta gestão ou outras reuniões estratégicas, bem como participar de reuniões com stakeholders-chave.
