O Analista de Projetos Jr* tem por responsabilidade apoiar a realização das atividades do PMO, por meio do levantamento de necessidades e requisitos de entrega, geração de relatórios, controle de documentações, monitoramento de prazos e custos durante todas as etapas de vida do projeto - desde a abertura até o encerramento, marcado pela conclusão do período de garantia.*vaga presencial em Ribeirão Preto/SP.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar no planejamento do projeto, desde a definição do escopo e coleta de requisitos, organização do cronograma e estimativa de riscos e custos, para posterior cumprimento das demandas e entregas de atividades dentro no prazo desejado;Monitorar o progresso dos projetos, identificar possíveis atrasos ou desvios do planejamento inicial e sugerir soluções, a fim de garantir que o projeto seja entregue dentro do prazo e do orçamento estabelecido;Providenciar a compra dos materiais necessários para execução do projeto, de acordo requisitos apontados pelo projeto técnico;Comunicar os membros da equipe do projeto, bem como fornecedores e demais partes interessadas sobre o andamento das atividades para garantir que todos estejam cientes das atualizações e eventuais mudanças no projeto e dirimir possíveis atritos;Coletar dados sobre o projeto durante sua execução, comparar escopo/cronograma/custos planejados e realizados, preparar relatórios e efetuar análises com base nos dados coletados, para municiar os membros da equipe e partes interessadas com informações pertinentes e necessárias às tomadas de decisão das próximas etapas do projeto;Registrar todos os documentos relacionados ao projeto, incluindo cronogramas, orçamentos, relatórios de progresso e demais arquivos relevantes, com objetivo de construir e organizar a biblioteca do projeto;Executar tarefas de rotina em estreita colaboração com outros membros do PMO para garantir que as atividades desenvolvidas sejam realizadas conforme planejado;Monitorar possíveis riscos do projeto e trabalhar com a equipe para mitigá-los, evitando possível impacto nas linhas de base planejada;Organizar e eventualmente participar as reuniões do projeto, incluindo preparar agendas, distribuir materiais e registrar atas, para auxiliar no planejamento, tomada de decisões e garantir a comunicação correta e eficiente sobre o andamento do projeto.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior cursando em Administração, Engenharias ou áreas afins;Necessário Excel intermediário;Desejável conhecimento em Gestão de Projetos;Conhecimento de MS Project será um diferencial;Vaga destinada para Ribeirão Preto/SP.Informações adicionaisContrato:CLT.Salário:À combinar.Ferramentas: Notebook; Smartphone corporativo.Benefícios: Convênio médico; Convênio odontológico; Convênio farmácia; Seguro de vida; Vale transporte; Ticket de R$600/mês (média mensal); Gympass; Day Off; Bolsa de estudos; Premiação por atingimento de resultados.
