Buscamos um profissional para aturar na área de Projetos e Jornada do Cliente atua na evolução da experiência dos clientes, conectando necessidades do negócio, processos, tecnologia e diferentes áreas da companhia.  A missão da posição é atuar na gestão e evolução da jornada do cliente de ponta a ponta, com foco especialmente no onboarding, garantindo que clientes e time de vendas tenham transparência, informação e previsibilidade em cada etapa da jornada. O profissional será responsável por estruturar projetos, conectar áreas e acompanhar iniciativas que gerem uma experiência mais simples, eficiente e integrada.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir projetos relacionados à jornada e experiência do cliente, do planejamento à implementação;Mapear e analisar a jornada do cliente de ponta a ponta, identificando pontos de atrito e oportunidades de melhoria; Estruturar e acompanhar a jornada de onboarding de novos clientes; Garantir clareza sobre etapas, prazos, responsáveis e status das iniciativas para clientes e time de vendas; Conectar áreas de negócio, tecnologia e operações para garantir a execução das iniciativas; Acompanhar cronogramas, indicadores, riscos, dependências e entregas dos projetos; Estruturar planos de ação e acompanhar sua execução; Apoiar a definição e acompanhamento de indicadores de jornada e experiência; Identificar oportunidades de simplificação, automação e melhoria de processos;Produzir reportes executivos e materiais de acompanhamento dos projetos; Atuar na governança das iniciativas, garantindo alinhamento entre as áreas envolvidas no processo e o cliente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo; Experiência com mapeamento e melhoria de processos e/ou jornada do cliente; Boa capacidade de análise de dados e de indicadores; Desejável experiência com projetos digitais, transformação de processos ou experiência do cliente; Desejável experiência com gestão ou acompanhamento de projetos; Capacidade de estruturar planos de ação; Visão centrada no cliente; Organização e capacidade de priorização; Perfil analítico e senso crítico; Comunicação clara e capacidade de influência; Proatividade e autonomia; Capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa e conectar diferentes áreas; Senso de dono e foco em solução.Informações adicionaisE tem mais, confira o nosso pacote de benefícios:• Plano de Saúde e Odontológico – Bradesco – extensivo a dependentes• PAE - Auxílio financeiro oferecido no caso de dependentes filhos(as) e/ou enteados(as) com deficiência intelectual• Convênio Farmácia .
