Se você gosta de desafios e quer gerar impacto de verdade, seu lugar pode ser aqui com a gente! Pronto(a) para um desafio que realmente faça a diferença?Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Projetos Pleno para sustentar a execução e o controle dos projetos estratégicos, iniciativas corporativas e gestão de processos da companhia, contribuindo para que as entregas aconteçam com qualidade, organização e alinhamento aos objetivos do negócio.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesParticipar do planejamento dos projetos estratégicos, apoiando a definição de escopo, premissas e documentação das iniciativas;Desenvolver e manter cronogramas, planos de ação, marcos e entregáveis, garantindo aderência à metodologia adotada pela área;Monitorar escopo, prazo, custos, recursos, riscos e dependências dos projetos, identificando desvios e apoiando na definição de ações corretivas;Conduzir reuniões operacionais e de acompanhamento dos projetos, registrando decisões, responsáveis e prazos das entregas;Elaborar e manter relatórios executivos, dashboards e status reports para acompanhamento da evolução das iniciativas;Controlar ferramentas de gestão e documentação dos projetos, garantindo organização e comunicação efetiva com os stakeholders;Identificar riscos, gargalos e oportunidades de melhoria, mantendo os painéis de acompanhamento atualizados;Realizar mapeamento de processos (As-Is), elaborando fluxogramas e documentação padronizada;Analisar processos, identificando oportunidades de eficiência, redução de retrabalho e melhoria operacional;Apoiar a construção de processos futuros (To-Be) e a implementação de melhorias, acompanhando a sustentação dos resultados obtidos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Gestão de Projetos, Processos ou áreas correlatas;Experiência com acompanhamento e gestão de projetos, cronogramas e planos de ação;Conhecimento intermediário em metodologias de gerenciamento de projetos (PMI, PMBOK ou PMO);Conhecimento intermediário em metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking ou similares);Conhecimento em mapeamento e gestão de processos (BPMN, fluxogramas);Pacote Office intermediário, com foco em Excel e PowerPoint;Vivência na elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e apresentações executivas;Perfil organizado, analítico, proativo e com boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.Modelo e horário de trabalho:Presencial, de segunda a quinta-feira das 08h00 as 18h00.Home Office as sextas-feiras das 08:00 as 17:00. Informações adicionaisBenefícios de ser Tempo: Assistência médica e odontológica Assistência residencialAuxílio crecheClube de vantagensConvênio com instituições de ensinoDay off de aniversárioDescontos em farmáciasEstacionamentoGympass/WellhubParticipação nos Lucros (PLR)Seguro de vidaVale AlimentaçãoVale RefeiçãoVale Transporte ou auxílio mobilidade Acreditamos que grandes resultados acontecem quando cada pessoa pode ser quem realmente é.
